I go to this pet store once a week for crickets and I don't have any complaints. The store is usually well stocked and clean and most of the staff are nice. They also have a vet office in the back.

The manager at this location is a great guy. I got fish at the Winchester location and they died a few hours later. He allowed me to one time return them and said I should have been informed as to their care (I wasn’t) and gave me very helpful information. My second fish is thriving.

Don't apply here. The manager will give u the run around and say I'll look at applications tomorrow. I called the next day and the position was filled. I called for 2 weeks straight and got a run around, I tried my hardest to get an interview and couldn't get 1. Not a good company.

The store was clean for a pet store. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was well-organized, and the location is great - there are many other stores and restaurants I frequent in the same area, such as Target, Potbelly, Five Guys, Panera, Starbucks, and Chipotle.
