I’ve never experienced such a long wait at a bank before — over 40 minutes just to handle a simple transaction.
PNC really needs to hire more staff or come up with a more efficient way to serve customers.
People’s time is valuable.

How does a bank not have cash?? Went in and they couldn’t break a 20. They literally had no cash on hand!

I recently had an appointment with Ajay Verma at the Gainesville (VA) branch. Due to current life circumstances, I had intended to make a few adjustments to my PNC accounts. During the appointment, Mr. Verma was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about PNC accounts and products. Through brief discussion of available options, I was able to make the needed decisions regarding my accounts. Overall, I was very pleased with the appointment and am glad to know Mr. Verma is available at the Gainesville location and nearby for all PNC banking needs!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Sharanjit during what turned out to be a lengthy and complex process. Throughout it all, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. She approached every step with professionalism and a calm, reassuring demeanor that truly put us at ease. Her deep knowledge and attention to detail were evident from the start, and we were consistently impressed by how smoothly she handled everything. Sharanjit went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful for her expertise and outstanding support.

Not enough staff at all. Long wait times. It appears some staff need training to understand that customer is the only purpose they are there.

I had an appointment today 04/23 with Mr. Ajay Verma. As I walked in everyone was quite professional/friendly and the bank was very neat and tidy. I was offered complimentary water or coffee. Even though I declined, I thought that was a nice touch. I spent about 45 minutes with Ajay, and he set me up with PNCs Cash Rewards Visa Card with an introductory $200/on $1000 of purchases in 3 months. He also set me up with a free financial consultation with a financial advisor. Ajay was very professional the entire time and was very knowledgeable of PNCs services. I would recommend this branch to anyone that wants to set up a banking account.

My husband and I worked with Ajay a few different days to help get my husband's account reopened and all information available to him. We tried doing online and on phone and they could not help. Ajay went above and beyond to help him get sorted out. I highly recommend Ajay!

This PNC Bank is very friendly and approachable. Ajay Verma helped my sister and I with our accounts and to update anything that was needed. We came back the next day because we didn’t have the necessary documents to create my sister’s account. However, we were given coffee and the customer service from him was phenomenal! We would come back here for any of our financial needs. This is one of the better PNC branches and they prioritize customer satisfaction above all else.
