I waiting over a hour past my appointment time. This site desperately needs more staff and a replacement kiosk-which is broken. Gabriella G is the saving grace of this site. She seemingly runs everything on her own with a positive attitude. I am a very hard stick and she got my vein instantly. Give her and this site more support.

It's hard to get blood out of me but Quest Diagnostics managed to do it. I am beyond impressed. And it barely hurt!

Staff is confused and unorganized. Waited two hours as a result.

Horrible customer service, people with appointments waiting hours. System doesn’t ever work, no one at the reception desk. Just overall horrible experience. Go to any other location but this one.

My one year old and I had two separate appointments. It started with my appointment not showing up in the system. They still saw me,cool. But the most traumatizing experience was when the woman who drew blood on my one year old, couldn’t do it right. Not once, not twice but she tried three times (in both arms) until my husband and I said “that’s enough!”. I had blood all over me and the baby. She was sitting so still, and my husband was holding her down but this girl was so unprofessional. I don’t even know how they’re still in business with ratings like these. She didn’t even tie her upper arm up to get a better blood flow going. She was yapping about how good my baby’s veins are when she first checked her. Then she told me “oh your baby must be dehydrated and tell her pediatrician that she has slow blood flow”. Such an ignorant and incompetent comment when in all reality she couldn’t even keep the needle in without it popping out. SHE DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING! AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND WERE FURIOUS! This has caused unnecessary stress and trauma to our baby and us. I hope our baby won’t fear doctors and needles from now on. Just stay away from Quest Diagnostics, we have never made a good experience with them. EVER!

There is no one at the front desk. Which means people who can’t understand the digital check in accost the lab tech when they come out for the next appointment and end up delaying your appointment. Not everyone is tech savvy and you can’t solely rely on computers to check people in. It’s not fair to the lab techs who seemed extremely nice but were so rushed bc they do not deal with insurance and can’t answer questions that people have or worry about where lab requests are or if your doctor sent it over. My son was rushed and when you are getting your blood drawn, you should not rush people. The poor orthopedic office next door gets countless questions because you don’t have anyone there. It’s ridiculous. You can’t replace every person’s job with an iPad. I will never have lab work done here again, I will always request lab work to be done at an office with real people and not a company that overloads the few employees that they do have.Because even if you can use the online form to make an appointment and CAN check in at the iPad, you are going to get a lower standard of care because of the people who come in demanding the lab tech’s attention because they CAN’T.

Every times I've come here so far they have been understaffed which I understand isn't there fault however once im finally able to go back it feels unorganized. People who have appointments are always having to wait way past their appointment times. Overall I wouldn't recommend this location.
Staff does seem friendly at the very least

I had an appointment at noon. They didn't call me until 12:55. There were 2 families waiting when I arrived. One lady had been waiting since 11:30. They let the lobby fill before calling anyone. What's the point in scheduling an appointment? While in the back a staff member asked the person that was helping me if she could stay longer because the lobby was full. I said it's full because you haven't called anyone in over an hour. She said Quest needs to hire more people. I said you shouldn't let over an hour go by before calling people. They didn't have anyone in the back before they started calling people.

My appointment was set 4 days in advance. When I arrived, check in was via text. Very easy, didn't even have to walk up to the reception counter. Appointment started on time. Attendant was friendly, knowledgeable, skilled and proficient. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Perfect!

Got here at 1230. Wasn't able to be seen for nearly 40 minutes. My appointment time was at 1:10 and the receptionist asked me if i had an appointment. Yes my name is right there. Its past 1:10 and there is no indication of being seen soon. I went to the window to ask if I could be seen because I had to pee. And the receptionist was on her cell phone.

Got my lithium panel done by Laila Shaker(?) (she made a joke about a shaker to me haha) she was extremely professional. She made me feel comfortable about getting it done in the fold of my arm instead of my hand since I have rolling veins. Funny and very personable. I hope to get her each time I need bloodwork done.

It's always been quick, easy, professional and polite for me here. Online appointment setting and check-in works seamlessly.
For those who don't know: have your provider send their order to this location (they can fax or send it digitally), and then make an appointment online. Create a login, set an appointment, choose your location, date, and time, and provide your email and phone#. They'll send you a link the morning of the appointment (as a text) to check in with one tap (on the text link) when you arrive.
Office is handicap accessible and friendly, but wheelchair folks will need help with the 2 entry doors. Exit door isn't easy, either, but it's easier, and there's people in and out frequently to help.
Large waiting area allows for ample distance from others and ease of mobility. Conveniently shares the building with other medical offices, and there's a 7-11 next door. Easy to run errands nearby before/after. Easy on/off access to 66/29.

Super nice staff, have never waited. The office itself is dingy though.
