I booked an appointment for formal makeup. Lisa did amazing! I loved the look, and I felt like it fit with my dress. Lisa also did my hair, and it was beautiful.

Lisa and her husband are AMAZING! Not only are they super kind and patient, but I came in with very damaged and discolored hair from years of dyeing my hair. Somehow, she transformed it into brand new and exactly how I wanted! They were so understanding that when I first saw the color and wasn’t immediately satisfied, they listened and quickly fixed it with no trouble. To top it off, they gave me a free color shampoo as a gift! I may be biased because I’m Asian, but they are a sweet Korean couple who not only can work with all types of hair, but ESPECIALLY Asian hair!! They are wonderful people, please support them! I will be coming back :)

This place is lovely! Lisa really listened to my requests and gave very helpful suggestions on how to best style my hair. I went in for a digital perm, not only was it done quickly and efficiently, but it came out beautiful. She is very knowledgeable on hair quality and care, and clearly knows her stuff. Furthermore, everyone at this salon was so kind and attentive. My sister was waiting for me to finish and they not only asked if there was anything she needed multiple times, but offered her tea & coffee. Would highly recommend!

So happy I found this salon and Lisa! Lisa and her team were amazing! I have been getting my hair colored since I was a teenager, now close to 40, and I've never been to a salon that pays so much attention to details. Right when I first walked in, I was greeted so warmly. The consultation was great, Lisa listened to what I wanted, explained to me every step of the way what she plans to do to get me the look I wanted. My hair was messed up to begin with. I have post partum hair loss and years of damages from coloring/highlighting. Lisa was able to transform my hair and walking out of there I felt great about my hair and the services I received. Everyone pays so much attention to details. From protecting your face with a shield to covering your ears to protect them from the color, everything is thought out to give the client the best experience. I also received the best head massage of my life after they shampooed my hair. No exaggeration! Most of the salons gives you a little 15 sec massage while shampooing your hair but this salon went the extra mile. I also appreciated that they recommended products that could help with my hairloss and the dry condition of my hair. When I say they really took the time, I mean it. I felt like a VIP while I was there. Thank you so much Salon BT! This place is a little gem. Will definitely be coming back.

I come here for everything! I've had my scalp and hair analyzed and treated by Eric, Lisa cuts, colors and styles my hair beautifully, and Janice the aesthetician, gives me the best facials, using the highest quality products imported from South Korea and Japan. This place is ran by amazing people, who charge fair prices, while delivering the highest quality. The salon is warm and inviting and you feel welcomed and are treated like family by the husband and wife team who run it. I can't say enough good things about this hidden gem. It's so much more than a salon, it's an experience.

Director Lisa here is really cool. Regardless of race, gender, or age, we carefully style each customer's personal tastes and hair characteristics. If you come with a photo or a detailed description of the style you want, you will get results that exceed your expectations. I had a hard time finding a hair salon that suited me in this neighborhood, but ever since I found this place, I go to get my hair cut every month with joy and excitement.

I been going here for awhile now. Eric and Lisa are both very nice people. I feel like these last two times I have gone to get my hair done that I have been overcharged. Today I really wanted to get a trim and Lisa cut off 2 inches which I was happy about. My hair is usually 70 dollars but it ended up being 120 dollars because I asked for a cut. Never in my life have I ever heard of a cut being 50 more dollars. Now I have heard of a cut being 10-20 dollars more but I was shocked at the price. I paid for my hair since it was already done but I don't think I'll be going back anymore. I am really disappointed.
