It was a great experience for us to have Sandra representing us during the selling of our home. She maintained consistent communication during the whole process. She advised us on how to prepare the house before taking the professional pictures. She carefully reviewed our offers and explained to us in detail each listed clause of the offers and contract. She suggested amendments to the offers and/or contract for our best interest to secure the selling transaction. This was our first time selling a home and she was very caring and patient answering our questions so that we could feel comfortable with the process. She helped us schedule the showings and inspections through a mobile app. She brought shoe covers to protect our wood floors to help us keep the house looking beautiful and well cared during the showings. We are very happy and grateful with her assistance and counseling.

Where do I begin?? From start to finish, anyone who’s bought a home knows how tedious a process it is. For me, being a first time home owner, Sandra made time to answer any and all my questions, from the smart to the dumb ones lol She was quick and aggressive with negotiations. With it being a sellers market at the time, when I finally found my home, she was aggressive when the seller tried to hold out for more offers and got a contract drafted pretty quick. Fast fwd to closing day, the sellers took items that conveyed with the home and was in the contract. She got me paid for that, they failed to get the pest control treatment done, Sandra had them contract someone that day to get it done. I cannot lie, she made this a relatively smooth process considering. She works with a solid team and I am highly recommending her.

Working with Sandra was easily one of the absolute best decisions our family has ever made. She worked within our budget, offered detailed and insightful guidancd, made excellent recommendations, and worked tirelessly within our exceedingly constrained timeline to make our dream home a reality.She is not only an exemplary professional to any prospective first time homebuyer who is not sure how to navigate the process, but she doubled as a true friend when we got disappointed or weren't sure the right approach. It was beyond refreshing to feel like she truly understood how important each concern of ours was, whether it was the area (ex. good location, good schools, nice neighborhood) or features of the home (ex. Fenced in backyard, overlook, upgraded kitchen/appliances), she kept every detail top of mind. Not only that, but she helped us negotiate against several offers to stay close to our budget while leveraging other areas we were more comfortable conceding.But of all the good things, I think the example that most neatly captures why we appreciate her so much is that with something like 30 minutes notice, as she was driving back from another appointment hours away, without hesitation she redirected course and met us at the property we wanted to look at. We had NO expectation she could make it on such short notice, but thanks to that forthcoming dedication, we landed our dream home.We cannot wait to work with Sandra again on all our real estate endeavors - whether that's buying or selling a home, condo, or -- if able -- commercial properties.

This was the second time that Sandra had helped me. She helped me and my husband sell a home in a timely manner. This was a year ago. We reached out to her again; this time was to buy another home.
