Best family practice I have been too. My whole family sees Dr Bruce. She takes her time and makes you feel at ease. The front desk staff Lauren is pleasant and always so helpful. Thank you.

Couldn't recommend a better doctors office. From the staff at the front desk to the doctors everyone is amazing and has gone above and beyond for me. I have only experienced short wait times and quality care from the physicians. I have never been to another family doctor that cares like the Skyview team. Michelle is fantastic. 10/10

In office, this practice seems great. Everyone at the front desk is very kind and easy to work with and appointments run smoothly.
My issue is with the on call system, more specifically the NP’s reluctance to do her job as the person on call. Weeks ago, my 6 month old had croup and after being placed on hold for up to 20 minutes at a time I’d be automated to a voicemail and then never get a call back. We ended up taking him to the ER. After speaking with the supervisor about this, I was told their phone system had just been changed.
A few weeks later, my son has another bad cold with a wheezing cough. I took him in, was told by Anne Powell, the NP, that he looked fine and to continue doing what we were doing. 12 hours later, his symptoms worsened so I called after hours to reach the on call doctor for advice. The answering machine directed me to press 4 to reach the doctor on call. I did exactly that, Anne picked up and I was greeted with, “hello? What do you need?” I said, “hi, I’m calling for my 6 month old…” she interrupts me and says, “Katie, no. I saw you earlier today, you are calling me at home, I am celebrating a birthday and it’s not ok to call me. You can leave a voicemail.”
!!!!!
I never got to finish my sentence or ask for advice for the ON CALL doctor. So, If having an on call doctor is important to you, which it should be, this is not a good place to go.
We will not be coming back.

I have been looking for a new family practice doctor since giving birth ~5 months ago, and I decided to try Skyview Family Medicine after researching practices in the area. I called to make an appointment, and the receptionist I spoke with on the phone was very professional and courteous. Dr. Bruce was not taking new patients, so I made an appointment with NP Anne Powell. I was extremely impressed with the office, staff, and Anne herself. The front desk staff was pleasant and friendly, the nurse was very thorough as we discussed my medical history, and NP Anne spent a generous amount of time with me making sure to address all of my issues and concerns. I did not feel at all rushed, which was wonderful. I have absolutely no problem seeing a nurse practitioner as opposed to a doctor, and Anne seemingly has tons of experiential knowledge and was extremely friendly and approachable. I was looking for a practice that utilized some sort of online portal, and Skyview's system is very easy to use. I was able to request medications online, and I love how easy it is to send a message to the office. Anne reached out promptly with the results of my bloodwork, which was done in the office during my appointment (very convenient!). The location is great, and the office is clean and modern. I can foresee being a patient as long as I live in the area, and I am so excited to have found such a great practice!

I was looking for a doctor and found this practice, with all it's good reviews, and decided to give them a try. I was really hoping that this would work out for me. It's in a great location and would be easy to schedule an afternoon appointment, leave work a bit early, and still get home at a reasonable hour. But, it just didn't work out for me. I never got the feeling any time I was there that I was anything other than just someone filling a hole in their appointment book. I work in health care myself and can't easily make appointments to get in around my schedule, but I had taken a day off and made an appointment with their office for a routine exam. I don't mind seeing nurse practitioners, but if I had done some extra research and had known that the doctor herself wasn't taking any new patients and that I would only ever see the NP, I wouldn't have scheduled the initial appointment. But that's just my personal preference. From my first visit, I only received minimal interaction with the front desk receptionist, who seemed overwhelmed with trying to do everything by herself. She wasn't unpleasant, but she wasn't pleasant either. I am the front desk receptionist in my office, so maybe I just notice this more than others do, but I didn't find her approachable. Again, she wasn't friendly or unfriendly, just there. I'm sure she's very good at her job, but she didn't seem to be interested at all in welcoming me as a new patient. Just more like robo-receptionist. Get 'em in, get 'em out. Next, I seem to have to wait a lot longer at this office. My old practice always took me back early if I came early, so I guess I was just used to that. I haven't gotten called back on time at this office yet, even though there seems to be almost no one in the waiting room when I'm there. On my second visit, I was taken back 45 minutes after my appointment time. I had come in early that day, so I had already been in the waiting room 45 minutes before my appointment was scheduled, so to wait another 45 minutes past that time, was not good. Of course, it's not their fault I came in that early, but in my own office, I would have gone to find out what the hold up was when a patient's time had come and gone and was still waiting, and kept the patient informed. But the receptionist never once looked over at me or acknowledged that I had been there for so long. Other patients wandered in and out of the office while I was there, but it certainly seemed to me as if maybe my appointment hadn't gotten added to the schedule after I made it via telephone, and that they were trying to fit me in. I have had this happen a couple of times at my own office, so I know it does happen. Someone calls, you're alone, you find an appointment, but before you get it in the computer, the phone rings, you have to check someone in or someone out, the second line rings, etc. I get it. But letting me know would have gone a long way towards making my visit better. And that way, I could have decided to stay or reschedule. I wouldn't have been mad, stuff happens, we've all been there. Finally, I was taken back and put in a room. And again, I waited so long that my legs were starting to tingle from dangling off the end of the exam table, so I moved to the chair in the corner and started to read. I sat in the chair so long that the lights actually went out. So, I just waited. When someone finally came in, she was startled that the lights were out, but then, the motion of the door opening must have turned them back on. She apologized to me for taking so long, saying it couldn't be helped. Hmm. What I thought was interesting was that the whole time I was in the room, I could hear a group of women outside in the hall talking and laughing like they were on a break. So who knows, maybe no one told them I was there and they took lunch. I do believe though, that it was the longest time I have ever been left waiting alone in a doctor's office. After thi

I have switched to this provider and could not be happier. Everyone from the front office staff from the nurses to the PA Anne Powell are nothing short than amazing. Anne takes the time to listen to all of your needs and problems. She does not cut you off and genuinely cares for her patients. I have not seen Dr. Bruce yet but hear she's also amazing. So happy I switched practices highly recommended!!

I can't say enough good about the team at SkyView or the nurse practitioner I now see--Michelle Reuter RN, MSN, FNP-C. I was experiencing a fairly debilitating issue for more than a month and my previous primary care organization was, as usual, minimal to no help. It was time for a change. From the minute I contacted SkyView I knew this was the right move to make. Once I described my issue they made every effort to get me in as quickly as possible. On my first visit Michelle asked more questions, made more recommendations, shared more information, and gave me more insight in one visit than I've experienced in years at my previous provider. I walked away from that first appointment with a definitive plan to address my current issue as well as some other long term issues that I've attempted to resolve with no luck at my previous provider. Thanks to her extremely proactive efforts and concern due to my current state I was able to get in to a specialist weeks before I was originally scheduled; in addition, she had me complete many of the required lab tests prior to my specialist appointment. This greatly expedited the specialist's ability to schedule the required procedures/exams, diagnose my issue, and get me back on the road to wellness. Had it not been for Michelle's (and the Skyview team's) care, attention to detail, and willingness to help I likely would have suffered far longer and had no indication of the core issue. I cannot express how grateful I am for everyone's efforts and willingness in helping me get this issue resolved. I've lived in this area for 15 years and this is the first time I've had a team of medical professionals that I felt I could truly trust, talk to, and count on. One last note--if you can't get an appointment with the doctor here and you're not sure about going to a nurse practitioner--I challenge you, make an appointment with Michelle Reuter and see how fast you change your tune. The level of knowledge, care, and desire to get you well are absolutely unmatched.

Love Skyview! Dr. Bruce is great. And I had called a few weeks ago asking about health insurance coverage...and Lauren (the young lady who basically runs the show there!) just called me back b/c of something additional that she had just learned about my insurance. Totally proactive. Totally unexpected.

Never thought i would look forward to going to the doctor. Fast, efficient, and sweet staff. Dr. Boudreau has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgable. Jessica is the best phlebotomist ever. Online portal makes communicating with the office and viewing lab results so easy. Can't say enough positive things.

I absolutely love this practice I've been to two or three in the area throughout my 15 years here and this has been the best so far that Dr. B was amazing she and her nurse always asked what my concerns were and what issues I wanted to tackle they took their time answered questions and they were very thorough. The person that took my blood did an excellent job and was one of the least painful that I've ever had I think I will be very happy from now on

Moving frequently, it's hard to find a good doctors office. Skyview is clean, friendly and professional. I've gone twice now, and got in for visits quickly and have absolutely no complaints. My husband is also going to Skyview and he was pleased with his appointment, as well. Since it's a family doctor, we will be taking our 9 year olds here, as well, and skipping the pediatrician route this time. Not as many sick icky germs in this waiting room, then a pedi office! From the front desk, to the nurse, doctor and even phlebotomist, everyone was great and I never felt rushed at all. edited to add- we decided not to take our children here, and it's of no fault of the office. We've had a few issues that are child specific, so I found a pediatrician that we're happy with. Will still continue to see Skyview as our adult primary care physician.

For over three and half years I have been a patient of Dr. Bruce and without hesitation highly recommend her and Skyview Family Medicine. Dr. Bruce is professional, positive and energetic. She spends time listening to my concerns and makes accurate and quick diagnoses and encourages my feedback. Dr. Bruce is also polished and constructive when relaying concerns. All my experiences with the staff at Skyview Family Medicine have been positive, I have found them courteous and responsive. The office is modern and ambience is pleasantly comfortable plus the location is very convenient. I like using the patient portal, it is user friendly and convenient to relay messages and review lab results. Skyview Family Medicine is an excellent practice that is efficient and considerate.
