The aye Dr are very disrespectful and not care about patients and he said he not seeing me in two times appointment because they only one sales person and she was busy with another person Dr himself not coming out from his office and I waited out side and then they said you are late

I want to give a big shout-out to your awesome employee named Chey. She was working in fitting rooms on Sun. April 13 and took the time to help me hunt down some shoes for my granddaughter. After she pointed me in the right direction and walked over to the shelves with me, she continued to help me search for the style I wanted. I tried to tell her that I would take it from there but she told me that for her customers always come first. She is a valuable asset to your store!

Trying to get a hold of customer service at this location is close to impossible!!!! I called over and over and nobody picked up. I finally got a hold of somebody at HR and even when they connected me, still no answer. There is definitely a disconnect between hiring and what this job entails. Very disappointed with such a large corporation dropping the ball on this important part of the customer experience.

If you're thinking of ordering online and are between Manassas West and Gainesville, choose Manassas West! Although the unhelpful customer service person at Gainesville insisted it always takes a minimum of 2 hours, Manassas West consistently fills my order much quicker.

I purchased basketball trading cards for $30. I realize these were not the ones I had intended to buy. I Attempted to return them, 100% untouched unopened, had remained in my target bag and was told there was a no return policy. When I asked where this policy is stated, the CSR told me there was a sign. I looked for the sign and couldn’t find, And then it on the very top of the items, top shelf, laid down out of view of the customer. The photo below shows an overhead shot in which I had to hold my camera up in the air pointed down. I would not have purchased this item if I had known about this policy. I think this is completely unacceptable, and should be specified by the cashier at check out. Terrible way of doing business.

Find it pretty bad that my daughter goes in for a pick up order and ask customer service when it will be ready she was there to pick it up and was told, it will be ready when it’s ready we don’t know what to tell you. WOW.

I stopped by this location & it's arguably the 2nd best after Manassas West on this end of NoVA. it was fairly busy but I had a return & a price match to do. The associate, Vaughn helped me w/my complicated transaction. He was very nice. I never felt rushed. I had him stay almost 10 mins over the time he was supposed to get off. I never would've known, had I not overheard him telling his coworker that it was time for him to go as I was walking away. I also had to stop at the electronics counter. it was swarming w/people & there was only ONE associate! I believe his name is Moe. That's the real reason for the 4 stars because it was unfortunate he had to be there by himself. it was about 5 people waiting for help & once again, he didn't rush me. He helped me find what I was looking for offline & even helped me use the gift cards I had. They deserve recognition which is why I made a point to write down their names & name drop when I got the chance! other than that the location is good coming from Warrenton lol

Let me start by saying this is a huge target. Hince the world super. I love this target. You can get everything you need from this store. Every time I come it's not too busy. I always have room to shop and never feel rushed. Go there you will not be disappointed.

I highly advise individuals of color to not shop at this target location. Unfortunately, my friend and I had an uncomfortable experience, which I believe was due to the fact we were individuals of color simply trying to enjoy our Sunday after church shopping at this Super Target location. The Asset Protection employee ( a white man) made it his mission to make his presence known while we were in the fitting room trying on clothes. We decided to not buy anything. After getting home, I felt I needed to bring it to management's attention. When I called Guest Services, Assistant Manager Liz answered. After listening to what I had to say she simply responded " I'll see if I can talk to the individual". It was a bit disheartening hearing her response as she did not give any remorse or apology to the situation. Target is great but having your customer experience being based on the color of your skin isn't. I hope this review results in better customer service to all customers that enter this Super Target.

Since this was my first time visiting this store, I didn't have any idea what I was walking into. I found what I needed quickly, and then was able to check out the rest of the store. I'm impressed and will be back soon.
