Natalie in particular helped me through every step in the home buying process, answered every question I had, scheduled property viewings, handled correspondence between parties, took our feedback, and adjusted subsequent viewings to more closely align with our preferences. The Natalie and Curt McArtor Realtor Team at Samson Properties did a fantastic job with the selling of my mother's home in Gainesville, VA. They accomplished everything they promised us -- marketing of the home, staging, providing us with the listing of homes on the market, etc. They were also instrumental in coordinating necessary minor repairs needed. They kept us informed of the sales traffic through the house and ultimately obtained an offer that was right in line with the recommended selling price for the house. The house was put on the market in October was sold 6 weeks after listing. We highly recommend them. They are very professional and met all of our expectations.
