Always reliable with great range of beers, wines, and related products. Super helpful staff! And, tasting opportunities, to. If you're incline, nice selection of cigars in a humidy-controlled room. Some beers in a cooler at the rear of store. They also run classes in dedicated classroom space to help learn about products and how to but and appreciate.

Have been to this location many times for various items. My wife has never needed her ID at checkout. Today while purchasing my father's favorite wine, we were refused service as my wife left her wallet at home. The manager should be more accommodating to his returning customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

I had a concerning experience at Total Wine where I felt that I was treated unfairly. During my visit on 07/13/2024], while purchasing alcohol the store manager, Carl, asked for my ID in a manner that seemed discriminatory. Despite my friend and I not purchasing just me he proceeded to ask for my friend ID. I noticed that Carl did not ask for ID from other customers around us. This inconsistency in policy enforcement and the manner in which we were treated made me feel discriminated against. I urge the store to review their practices and ensure fair treatment for all customers.
