I just went to try to drop off a package and they have very bad customer service, especially the white woman who was not courteous when you asked her something about sending a package.

Sapna was absolutely amazing! We showed up right as the store was about to close, needing passport photos, and instead of turning us away, she went out of her way to help us. She was incredibly kind, patient, and made the whole process so easy. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right, even when she didn’t have to stay late. Her professionalism and friendliness made all the difference. Thank you, Sapna! Highly recommend her if you ever need passport photos or anything else!

Was there for international shipping. They did not discuss or suggest any option. I was told that it had tracking number, later found out that tracking does not exist for international package(envelop).

Why this people here are very rude and unprofessional? Why thy can’t be nice? Every time I visit this place always the same attitude are rude and very unprofessional. They should change their employees here since all don’t have a good experience here. If I can give zero reviews I will definitely do it.

Worst customer service ever! The postal woman that helped me was rude and had a nasty attitude. She forced me to pay with a credit card when I wanted to pay with cash and asked me if I had a card. Really? After I paid in cash, she rudely threw my change on the counter instead of kindly putting it on my hand. Very unprofessional. I was very disappointed with her customer service.

Sapna was very helpful and knowledgeable during my passport appointment/application. She was fast, efficient and very patient during the entire process. I was in and out in about 15 minutes and would definitely recommend this location for future passport services.

There was an Asian woman there when I arrived no one else was there and both of the workers were on their phones, asked her to assist with an address change. She went into a full on lecture about how I can just do it online it'd be faster. I told her I understand but I am there so I wanted to do it there and she repeated herself insisting I do it online. I told her I didn't want to do it online I didn't care how long it takes or the paperwork I had to fill out that I came all the way there and I wanna do it there. She refused to help me repeating to do it online. She interrupted me when I spoke and told me to listen to her. I told her no, I want to do it there. Finally I left. I went home and did it online only to be told I had to take a bar code and indenfication back to the post office and do it there. When I return I will be formally complaining. This was the most rude interaction I've ever had. If you want to sit on the phone all day and not do your job just say that.

We had a bad experience with the passport lady (Indian lady I believe) who was trying to take photos of our 2 month old baby. She was rude and unprofessional. She didn’t seem how to know how to take photos of young children. But not only that, when I asked her if we could take one more photo of my baby without her crying (it took her so many tries to get the sizing right that it agitated my baby eventually), she whispered to my husband that I am picky and bossy and she said out loud how whiny our 2 month old is when in fact she’s the happiest baby. I suppose our baby sensed the bad energy of that lady. From what I see in the reviews I’m not the only one that had issues with her. How is she still employed? Very disheartening to be treated this way.

The people who works there is very rude from the first one sitting on the front desk this guy was disrespect feels like he doesn’t want work like he there for relaxing also the two ladies on the back for passport helping was very bad with anger issues specially the one here name Sapna feels they get upset when they have customer to help
They want only stay relaxing inside the post office

I ordered a package and came to the Gainesville post office Monday. I just found out that it was sent back. I wish I’d known I would have driven the 2 miles to this post office and picked up my package instead of you all creating all these problems I will pay to have it FedEx.
