Don’t answer their phones. New mail carrier delivers to wrong houses, and marks tracked packages as delivered (to PO Box) when it’s a house instead of a delivery exception because street was being paved. Leaving residents no recourse against loss, so no refund can be received. Do better USPS.

I was home all day and the USPS carrier did not ring the doorbell, in turn, my package was soaked by the rain! It was a custom made gift for Father’s Day. Now it’s ruined! If the carriers could just take an extra moment to ring the doorbell, things like this would happen less often! Very disappointed!! I would give no stars if I could!

USPS has the best service in all of my experiences.They really helped me by getting a package for someone’s birthday and they made sure they got it to me just in time with no issues to speak of.The distribution center on Limestone has awesome people working at it.Cheers
