After four years of visiting this nail tech, I am beyond disappointed. She was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unwilling to answer basic questions about services—always redirecting me to the manager instead. It’s clear she prefers to remain ignorant rather than do her job properly. My last visit was by far the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had at any nail salon. I cannot recommend her or this salon at all.

Extremely Disappointed – Never Going Back
My husband and I had a terrible experience at this nail salon today. I had a 10:30 appointment, but no one even acknowledged me for 25 minutes. When someone finally did, she didn’t introduce herself or ask what type of manicure I wanted—just rushed me into a chair and started working roughly on my nails. I told her I was uncomfortable, but she clearly didn’t care and just hurried through everything to get me out of her chair.
Throughout the entire visit, several of the staff were speaking loudly to each other in their native language. It came across as unprofessional and frankly rude, especially when clients are sitting right there being ignored or treated poorly.
My husband had a pedicure and experienced the same thing—rushed, careless service, and the results were terrible. His pedicure looked unfinished and sloppy.
This was supposed to be a relaxing treat for both of us, but it was stressful and disappointing from start to finish. We felt unwelcome and like we were a bother to them. We will absolutely not be going back.

I brought my daughter to get pedicures and the experience was generally fine. Nothing major stood out as particularly good or bad. We requested the classic pedicure, which was listed as being $38 and it was done quickly.
When it came time to pay, I was told it was $112 for the two of us. I asked how it came to that, and confirmed the classic was $38 at which point the cashier walked away, returning a moment later to reiterate the total price. When I asked again how the total came to $112, he said it was $56 each. I again asked about the classic being listed as $38 and his reply was that this price was “only for the simple.” I paid and left, but reviewing their website there is no such thing as a “simple,” a classic is most definitely $38, and we were overcharged by $38.

I rarely write reviews so when I do, take note ladies! Stay away from this place!!! I brought my mother in law and myself here for mani/ pedi on Mother’s Day. The guy who answered the phone was very kind, I explained I was going to be late and could reschedule another day, he insisted I still come in. The woman who ended up doing my toes didn’t care what she was doing, cut my big toe and gave me an infected toe nail that I had to see a specialist for. They had to numb the toe in order to take it out and remove the puss. I am 25 weeks pregnant and had to be put on two rounds of antibiotics. I don’t recall the woman unwrapping her tools either, very unhygienic place, unless you like paying doctors bills and want pain I would stay away

I've been coming here for nine years, and I still love it! The team always does an amazing job, and the service is top-notch. Cindy is absolutely the best—her attention to detail and skill make every visit a great experience. Highly recommend!

I went in today for a fill and the original price I was told was $39 I chose a blue color I liked and when I was getting my nails done the lady got up and left halfway through to do someone’s pedicure. The nails were originally almond shaped but I was charged for almond shape, she didn’t even make them almond they come to a point at some and a flat top on others. A man then came to paint my nails and he only did one coat because he was bouncing between me and another girl. They also put away my regular polish color and replaced it with a blue gel that did not look anything like my original color. My nails are also see through because he did not put on enough polish. I then went to check out and it was $58 for my nails which I was shocked because I specifically did not choose a gel color because they always crazy up charge for it. He then asked me if I had cash and when I said no he goes okay you can venmo here I did not want to tip and he asked me two more times why my venmo hadn’t gone through. I am now almost $60 poorer, hate my nails, and will be repainting them when I get home. Overall horrible experience

This is my go to nail shop when I go to Gainesville. I used to work in that city, so I’ve been there many times. I had to ask for Karen the last time because one of the ladies did a poor job the time before on a simple manicure! I asked for slight oval shape and she snipped them until they looked like claws. It depends on your technician how good your nails come out, so I would definitely ask the guy to book you with one of the better ones.

Nail experience was awful! Filing the nails were super painfull and I almost cried. I chose a color on the example nails that was a nice purple but when she applied it to my nails it was PINK. The nails are also crooked and uneven. I cried when I got in the car because of how awful they were. Please don't waste your time and money on this awful place.

It was so bad experience today, I had appointment with Kathy at 5.15 pm, I drives almost an hour to get there, I got there so the manager told me that Kathy is not here,
1- It was very unprofessional that nobody call to inform me that the manicurist is not there, then I asked the manager anybody else can do it because I drive long way to the salon, he said yes of course another Manicurist will do it, so she ruined my nail and when I told her I don’t like it which she herself accepted that she didn’t do a great job, instead of any apologies she ignored me and left and start to do another client’s nail. And when I complained she said I need to wait for the other manicurist, it was so unprofessional. None of them knew how to do ombré dip, I will never go back to this place, so so upset about it. It was my birthday and they ruined my day???

The SPA used to be good but now they're in a hurry and they don't take the time to do the job well anymore I'm very disappointed of my last pedicure.

2 of my nails chipped after 10 days and they refused to fix them. I was expected to pay for the service and they were extremely rude. Never coming back
