Please do not go to this shop—they are professional thieves. They gave me false information and deceived me, stealing $370 from me in a professional manner. I have filed a complaint against them and will also pursue a legal case. All the people working in this store, along with the manager, are working together and giving false information to customers. I witnessed several other customers returning the items they had purchased from them.

Avoid this store and Do not trust the guys in this store. I had to pay around $300 for 1 mistake that did by stepping into this store recently to open a new wireless account. I cancel the service with Verizon because of this store.

Upgraded my phone here with Nabil, and honestly it has been the best Verizon experience I’ve ever had, nabil was very nice and polite and also helped me get some really great offers and discounts.

Came in for the new Iphone 16 didnt know what to expect but a employee named Uzair, made it so easy and simple went through everything and described every deal, differences between phones i was in and out in 30 minutes. my to go verizon from now on.

Wow, Nabil and Uzair are just absolutely phenomenal. There were around 4 people in the store and they made sure everyone’s needs were met while helping the people they were already with. It was the best experience I ever had ever, and usually this stuff sucks.

Absolutely awful. Claim they lost a bulk order of phones being sent in that was lost. One of those was my trade in so I lost the $800+ in promotion. I have been to the store multiple times saying they will try to come up with a solution and call me in two days. The last phone call I made them, they said I had to come back into the store so they could access my account and they’ll put a different phone in as a trade-in into my account, Per their district manager, who doesn’t speak to customers. All seems very shady, and I’m
Not sure I want them in my account again to put a random phone in as a trade in. Or get that promotional credit only the store. I had to spend over an hour and a half for Verizon to fix my account that my bill went up over $50 a month. But there’s no way that Verizon can do anything about the lost trade-in only the store, which is not helpful at all. Stay away. Complete thieves!

Showed up at the store and it’s only 7pm and they’ve closed the door early. Times on their site say they close at 8pm.
On top of seeing us at the door they still ignored us and just turned off their lights.
