The manager is lazy. They don’t check ID’s and just base their decisions off of their feelings. Literally go anywhere else, I have never had a good experience here

Probably not really a WALGREENS issue instead of an Apple one, but it's happened enough now. Don't buy giftcards from here, namely anywhere. Scammed out of 100$ as there was a fake barcode card IN the sealed packaging and "nothing" can be done about it. Watch yourselves.

Great service here. Does billing correctly. Handles variety of insurance (including TriCare) without any hassle. Very fast response.

We were there for vaccination. There was a long way and everyone is waiting in the same place. Only one person is working and the other employees don’t even answer questions. Even though I made an appointment, I waited for minutes. So what’s the point of an appointment? I’m sure I won’t choose this place again.

I dropped off a disposable camera two and a half weeks ago and it has not come back yet. I am eager to get my photos and the staff acts like I am annoying for calling about it. Walgreens clearly states photos will come back within 7-10 days and it’s been over two weeks. I am HIGHLY dissatisfied. Don’t get photos here.

Rudest cashiers ever!!!!! I went to a cashier who had no customers and was laughing and being silly, when I put my stuff on her scanner she looked at me with a serious tone and told me to go over there!! Do not go to this location, the Walgreens in Bristow is like10 x better.

I am an M.D. for over 25 years. This is one of very the worst pharmacies I dealt with. Their service is at best mediocre. Trying to renew my prescription is just a nightmare. To end this nightmare after three refills. I am calling my doctor to transfer all my prescriptions to a far more reliable pharmacy such as Giant pharmacy or CVS. in Gainesville.

If I could give this pharmacy a negative rating..I would go negative infinity! I have gotten the same prescription filled on the same day +/- a day every month since 2013. Practically every month they don't have it in stock and I have to go a day or 2 without. Now a woman tells me I can not get new refill because it's to early(controlled substance) because I picked up last refill at 2:05 May 4th.. I said that's funny because I would have been at work at that time!! This place doesn't know their as$ from a hole in the ground and apparemtly I'm a slow learner for believing they finally could figure things out.. No more! Avoid this place like it has the plague!!!!

Pharmacy will not answer the phone. I could not get a prescription transferred and was told someone would call me back in a 1/2 hour to an hour.

I don't think the store is bad. Their pharmacy is just understaffed and more often than not it reeks of Marijuana.

Do not use this pharmacy for important medications. Called for a status, was told it would be ready in an hour only to arrive 2 hours later and be told they're out of stock. They then told me they would transfer it to another location only to call back later saying they couldn't. Not only did they have multiple opportunities to let me know they wouldn't be able to fill the prescription earlier in the day and chose not to, they just didn't care either. Can't tell what's worse, their ability to actually run a pharmacy, or their customer service.
