I bought a couple items from the Gainesville Va. Location. Then I asked the cashier about the prices and info for the car wash. This guy Tejinder decided to tell me $7 at first then said $8 that's the starting price. I paid for the car wash and when I went through with my car. My car did get Partial service and i did not get full service my car was soaked and wet but I waited yo see about the dryer..the dryer never turned on. Then which my car never got dried. I wwnt back in and talk to the same clerk, and he was getting very rude with me. I let him know there's something wrong with the dryer at the car wash and he said that there's nothing wrong with it. You did not get that service well if he knew that.Why didn't he not tell me that. I said, why would I want to get my car washed? And not dried, I said, you should have been gave me the information and let me know about that.Because I did not know that, and i've never heard of any car wash tjat you drive through tvat doesn't dry your car. Then he threatened me about calling the police. Because I asked him, can I pay a few more? Dollars to go back through so I can get my car dried. He said, no, he said, I'm not going to do that. And uh you should have read it, which I told him you were giving me the information.But never told me that it would not dry my vehicle. And kept threatening me with the police, and I said, for what I'm not doing anything wrong, right? I am a customer and I'm just trying to get my car dried this guy. There's has the worst customer service. And threatens people . Because I asked him if I can go ahead and get my money back or partial or at least get my car dried and I would pay the difference. At least work with me. I just got I will call the police. So I just left. Worst place to get your car wash. Don't ever get your car washed here because you don't get your car dryed. And you'll get threatened that they will call the police if you start asking them to work with you. He needs to be fired. That's not customer service. It's his duty as the cashier. To give me all the information and the pricing when I was asking about prices and info.

Worst service ever !!,
He will shut the door during hustings shift so he can just sleep, hours are always not correct.
They will treat you so bad.
Never spend your money over here.

Customer service is great! I can't complain too much about that. The prices however are way too high for anything in there. With Giant, Wawa, 7-Eleven and the dollar store so close, it's hard to justify making a purchase here.

Wow excellent customer service from a beautiful young lady it is 518 on December 27th 2021 and I was very impressed just driving through and chose this gas station from the time I entered to the time I left

Worst service ever stopped to get gas and use my service awards for gas which was a dollar off each gallon and the cashier had know idea of what to do so I paid full price

Stoped to get a carton of cigs and a drink . Would not let me into store or take my mobile coupon from Marlboro . Will never stop here again . Service sucks and English was a challenge for the clerk. Will spend my $ elsewhere. Wish I could of givin a lower rating . .

Selling car wash tickets when their car wash is broken. Maybe prevent sales when it doesn’t work or refund payment. I bought one today to get one now not in 2 weeks. Disfunctional crew of staff on 02/13/2019 at 12:05pm.

Went in to get a candy bar only had a 1.50 on me all the candy bars say they are 1.29 and when I got to the register he rang it up and told me it was 1.89 I said there is no way tax is 50 cents he went to grab other candy bars and they all rung up as 1.89 so there stuff is all labeled wrong and expensive as can be 50 cents more expensive then other other gas station period this place is a joke
