Our 2-3-year-old kid attended this center for around 8 months in 2022. It has some islands of excellence but in general, your kid is one more of the bunch. There is no personalization. They promised to potty train him at the beginning but after 8 months this was never done due to a low teacher-kids ratio and he never progressed into his new class at the end of the year due to the new class only being open to potty-trained kids. This was disheartening and the issue was never addressed or intended to be solved. Your kid is one more of the bunch. His teacher Ms. Wafa (who was one of the jewels of the academy) was apparently fired or let go for taking too many PTO days. Finally, you can only pay through cash or credit card plus a transaction fee at the reception. There is no wire transfer, zelle, or similar digital money payment option to pay online.

I had three littles attending Willowcreek - infant, twos, and threes/pre-preschool and we had a wonderful experience. The infant room is clean and a peaceful place to leave my little girl. They have music playing and plenty of age appropriate toys and books. Included in my daughter’s report card was amount of tummy time, bottles (amount and time), naps, and diapers. I came mid-day to nurse when I forgot my pump one day and they allowed me to sit in the rocker during nap time with my baby and it was so peaceful! The twos was a fun and exciting class! My little boy had so much fun with the centers and activities available. They had singing and circle time when we arrived in the morning and he would jump right in. The teacher always let me know if he needed a jacket or other necessity and I could tell she was very capable of caring for my son. He is an energetic boy and he seemed to always have a lot of fun.The threes had lots of exploration and learning activities. My daughter had a tough time with me leaving her (no previous daycare experience) but the helpers who float from class to class went out of their way to welcome her. She would always smile and give them big hugs when she saw them which made my momma heart happy. Drop off may have been tough for her, but she’d always come home with a smile and tell me all about her day.We relocated which is why we changed schools, but I would recommend Willowcreek to anyone!

We love Willowcreek! With the pandemic, I was nervous sending my 6 month old to any daycare, but I chose Willowcreek because they have the highest standards! They go above and beyond in every aspect, from their new air filtration system to the qualifications their staff must have. My daughter is now 14 months and loves going to school! She is learning so much and has reached all of her milestones early. She has friends and all of the teachers are so loving! I can work more efficiently knowing that she is safe and happy. Thank you Willowcreek!!

We sent our 2 kids here for the summer (2 and 5) and we had the most perfect experience! The management is super friendly and the teachers exceeded my expectations in just making sure the kids were happy and just going the extra mile with various things like potty training, etc., and let me tell you I am not an easy parent to please and was very picky in selecting a daycare. As long as we need child care and they have spaces here, I will absolutely continue to send my kids here. THANK YOU Willowcreek!

Our children have had a wonderful experience at Willowcreek. Our eldest matriculated into kindergarten has been successful in his grade level learning. Our youngest has attended since the age of 1. They both have had wonderful experiences under the teachers and safety is number one. During covid, the teachers have made the safety of the students and teachers prime. We feel safe sending our children there. Our youngest loves his teacher Ms. K. We enjoy interfacing and communicating with the admins and teachers. Willowcreek has been wonderful and dependable during these times.

Our daughter started at Willowcreek when she was 7 weeks old. Our experience has been fantastic. They took excellent care of her through infancy and she just moved up to the toddler class where she’s being exposed to lots of new activities and experiences. She loves her teachers so much, and we do, too! If you want a healthy, happy, safe daycare be sure to check them out.

I enrolled my daughter at Willowcreek Academy when she was 18 months old. I loved the variety of developmentally appropriate activities including storytelling, singing, art, and multi-sensory fun. Unfortunately I moved to Texas and had to leave Willowcreek, however I would highly recommend them for any parent who is looking for a quality day care in Gainesville area.

Overcrowded, communication gaps, and too much turnover - we started when they opened this location and it was great at first, but after 3.5 years, we are looking to change. The infant and toddler rooms and teachers are amazing. But, preschool is just awful - lack of curriculum, structure, and not a great learning environment. The classrooms seem to be at max capacity, yet new kids are always arriving. Just this year they changed the layout so school agers are in the pre-K classroom, which means in the afternoon there are well over 20 kids in a small room and my pre-k child has become very anxious about going to school since the switch. The pre-III room had 3 different lead teachers in one year!

About a month or so ago I was at WCA in Gainesville picking up my daughter from Pre-K when I heard the head director, I believe her name is Kristen and who actually has her child enrolled there, literally berating and belittling one of her staff members. The staff member was literally in tears and it was truly embarrassing and disheartening to hear. If I was talked to like that by someone like Kristen who appears to be very uneducated and definitely unpolished, I would have given her a beat down. After the conclusion of summer, I will be taking my child out of WCA and I will tell the owner the reason for doing is because of the lead director’s lack of people skills and lack of communications skills. No child should be subject to such ignorance and vitriol as the lead director at WCA espouses.

My son started Willowcreek Academy last year in October and I could not be more thankful to all of the teachers and managers for the huge progress my son has had at Willowcreek Academy. My son was 2 years old by the time he started and had lots of language and motor delays. His Teachers were able to focus on his individual needs both academically & physically which has made a big impact for my son. Thank you to all the hard working Teachers & staff at Willowcreek Academy of Gainesville.
