Hau did an amazing job getting my issues resolved. I had a hard time getting my data to be transferred over to my new phone. He already knew what my issue was and how to fix it got my data on my new phone up and running in less then 20 minutes. Amazing customer service and short wait time!

Came to pick up equipment as opposed to waiting 2 weeks for delivery and there are two people working with 10 people waiting. Absolutely need more people in the store to assist as this site services such a large area.

Went to Xfinity store today to get help with my issue,after trying to do all troubleshooting as much as possible. We ended up deciding on buying a new iPad and the service, Hau was quick and efficient and was able to transfer all the data on the old iPad to my new iPad very happy with the service.

Hau did an amazing job switching my services from prepaid service to post paid account. Made my switch less then 10 minutes after experiencing headache from customer service 0ast 4 days. Will always do my service in the store for now on.

What a wonderful store experience, I was recently helped by Hau at the store. Even though I had did my phone purchase online. Hau was able to keep my phone number the same and transfer my data as well. Very happy with the service wait time has improved alot.

My husband and I went there to get a new phone since his phone was damaged and went blank. Bianca Jones attended us and although it took more than 24 hours to get the activation process done, she went out of her way to assist us. Even when she was off, she did everything she could to expedite the process. Thanks Bianca!

Update: I'm horrible with names, but the DM and other friendly associate were able to get my issue resolved with the modem activation. Thank you for taking the time to get it fixed. Didn't see a way to write up anew review.

They have made it impossible to voice maintenence concerns without going through a very long process of verifying many things, before ending up in an infinite loop of "open email -- reactivate".
The phone number listed here is not functional. It sends you to their 800 number instead.
This is an evil company.

The customer care was amazing. I worked with Adam to get some services changed and he was amazing and courteous. Later in the week I switched my mobile lines to Xfinity and had some issues and I walked in with a lot of panic as all lines were not getting the service upon activation. Kudos to Hau he was fantastic and took care of my problems in very professional manner and showed emphathy. He really made my day, I walked in panic and walked out feeling relaxed. A big thanks to Hau and for Adam!!

Went into store to drop off un used equipment. Was told by customer service on the telephone and by my technician in home to go to a local store and I just needed to drop off my equipment with my name and number and service address. I walked in and was not ever greeted, stood there for ten minutes, not one employee spoke to me, not one employee said we will be with you as soon as possible... Nothing. I grabbed the pen and paper, wrote down my address number and explained returning equipment. 2 hours later I got a voicemail from Bianca who was about as rude and unprofessional as one can be telling me whomever left it that it would not be returned unless I came back to store. I do not have time to one be treated like I don't exist in the store, and two to be spoken to so rudely on the phone. I have called xfinity directly, I have taken steps to the appropriate people for this employees actions and customer service. What a shame. There are ways to treat people and this was not it!
