Rude.....all I can say. Love the clothes, however, the employee I came in contact with was extremely rude. Not sure but I think she was the manager. Have no desire to return.

I love shopping at catos, I've purchased several items over the years. I stopped in today and the sales person yelled from where she was working and asked me "if I forgot my mask at home"? I said no, and i asked If i had to have one. She said "yes its posted on the door". I'm cant wear a mask, and was not asked that. So I wont be back!

Went to store and the older lady was very rude. .she told us we couldnt shop unless we had a mask and I told her that she wasnt aloud to refuse service or even suppose to ask where our mask were and I said what about the medical condition she said how am I suppose to know you have a medical condition ..i told her she wasnt suppose to be asking and thats breaking a hippa law. Will not be back there again!!!!!
