Parking spaces too narrow. I mean they're like comically narrow. I practically had to get out using my sunroof. Who painted these lines? It's like they're discriminating against full-size vehicles. Next time I go to Galax CVS I'll park nextdoor and walk over.
Other than the parking spaces, the shopping experience was great. The staff is polite. The store is clean. Good people.

Convenient location if you are staying at the New River Cabins. Well stocked. Friendly staff. If you meet Porter he will talk to you about genealogy. Nice parking lot.

Zero if it was possible. Their automated system is awful, and will not connect you to a live person at the pharmacy. Do something about your customer service!

Always a good experience at this store. Friendly and efficient staff, and store is always clean and neat. The pharmacy can get quite busy at times but they handle it very well.

I have never seen a more incompetent staff than what works the window for the pharmacy, slow doesn’t begin to describe the way they move and have no idea what they are doing. This place should close they are useless. Every time I go there the system is down or I wait so long I could drive to another state and back. What has happened to this store it never used to be like this. I have an invalid husband I can’t leave for more than a few mins this doesn’t help me at all.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to, but that’s not saying much cause every cvs seems to be this way. I had to switch pharmacies cause I would order my medicine a week earlier and for them to tell me it would be another hour when I got there. Really?! You had a week to get my meds and you still don’t have it?? Sometimes you need your medicine the day they’re prescribed (especially if you’re sick). Oh and if you don’t go inside the techs will just chit chat with each other and ignore your order so don’t go through the drive thru. You ever notice how there’s a long line in the drive thru? Yeah that’s why. The staff is extremely rude and snotty when you call them out on what they’re doing wrong instead of calmly addressing the situation and trying to make it right. Sometimes they’re out of stock of common medicines somehow. They’ve also shorted me a few pills multiple times. Other pharmacies fill your meds within 15 minutes and they don’t take lunch breaks either. Don’t waste your time here.

Attempted to use drive thru to pickup scripts, and the female working the window was extremely rude!!! She informed me they weren’t ready, they were working on them. Come back in 10 min and slammed the window. I didn’t get a hello, a smile, a thank you or even a moment of her time to see if I had any questions. Just slammed the window. Will be reporting her to corporate!

If I could give -stars I would this is the worst pharmacy I have ever used i will never use them again they are rude and disrespectful no one knows how to do their job they are extremely slow and never have enough help I had my prescriptions filled here for 2 weeks while my family had been trying to get over the flu and I had no trouble getting the medication with my insurance other then them taking all day to fill them we had no problem come the 3rd week trying to get our prescriptions filled they came up with some bullcrap excuse saying they didnt take my insurance ?? i mean how does that even make since they filled them the past couple weeks why was this week different?
