We purchased a used 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan from this lot in October 2024 after Hurricane Helene destroyed our car. With four kids and my husband needing a vehicle for work, we were desperate and had to buy something quickly. I’m writing this review so others know to thoroughly inspect what they’re buying.
Right away, we noticed the tires didn’t look good. Turns out they were dry rotted, and the alignment was awful. We had to put nearly $700 into new tires and an alignment almost immediately. Then I went to use the windshield wiper fluid, only to discover the line had been cut, so it doesn’t spray at all.
The passenger seat heater doesn’t work, and the van has a dual DVD system, but the front player is completely dead. We also found oil leaking underneath, so we’ve had to check the oil every time we leave the house.
Then in April, just months after buying it, the transmission went out while my husband was driving home from work. The repair bill was $6,307.65.
I’m not writing this to be malicious, but to warn others to check every inch of your vehicle before buying from here. We were desperate and made a very expensive mistake. I hope this review saves someone else from going through the same thing.

Works well to get you into a vehicle you like without being pushy. This is a USED car lot. Test drive have the vehicle checked and point out what you find. They will make it right.
