Daniel helped me make stickers from a JPEG file on my email. I am older and not always good at techy things. He listened to what I needed and took control and got me taken care of very quickly. He is gem. Management is lucky to have him.

I had five separate things to ship. The store was super busy and the employee Macen was the only person working. He was so polite to everyone and so efficient!! He was never rude and handled each situation with care. He did everything from taking people’s packages and shipping to notarizing documents. He is a very valuable employee. UPS should give him praise in front of his coworkers. If more people treated their employment like Macen, then we would have a better world!

Great location! Dawn was super helpful and kind to help me ship multiple boxes from there. They also have easy Amazon returns. Overall super friendly staff and never a long wait.

The lady at the desk was very rude. She stated internet was down and could not print out my package labels after she said I needed to print them and I would be charged a fee. The package was very large to carry and she said she didn’t know when the internet would be back on and I needed to take my packages back to my car. I am very disappointed and will have to make another trip.

I visit a lot of UPS Stores for work. The Galax store is one of my favorites. Extremely helpful and friendly. Quick printing for reasonable prices. I’ll be back later this week for some quick prints. Thanks!

The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She is phenomenal. She had multiple frustrated and overwhelmed customers while I was in the store and she handled everything efficiently and every customer left feeling grateful that she was there to assist. 10 stars! I would dance at her wedding!

So, I am a faithful customer of this store for many years. As the majority of stores are doing, there is now a “self checkout” on returns now. I get it.
As I was walking through the door with my returns, I was immediately directed to the new kiosk. This kiosk is poorly designed with even more poor instructions. I was left alone to figure out how to scan, choose my packing, pack, and drop off my packages in appropriate container.
Little to no help from staff.
The petite lady with long black/grey hair was especially unhelpful. It was as if I was bothering her because I didn’t know how to do “her” job,.
Taking longer than usual, and this lady correcting how I packaged my returns, I checked out and left.
I had major anxiety upon leaving the store.
Just trying to help the upcoming customers entering this store.
