CJ helped my mom pick out a new phone and update her old plan. He was personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. Usually she’s tense in those situations—waiting years to return for a new phone because she’s felt pressured or talked down to by previous staff. That wasn’t the case today at all. CJ had her smiling, and she was glad she went. He’s an amazing asset to this establishment.

You came into us I came into US Cellular was greeted by John Pleasant welcoming took care of me and very good speed just the way I like it patient and got me out so I came back and got another phone and he was the same way and I like consistency

My new c block would not charge my phone after I had it for a month,The people at the store were very nice and Alexandria called manager and got a new block.This is a great place with great sales people,they seemed to be glad they could help me.

I went into this US CELLULAR with a serious situation with my phone. I was locked out of it and was helpless. Jon immediately got to to work alongside coworkers to rectify the situation. They all were very kind and supportive when they realized my desperation. I was at the mercy of losing everything in my phone. He was calm and very professional and resolved everything for me. I have been a US CELLULAR customer for 25 years. ..and this is why. The staff in this location is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and very accommodating. I am forever grateful for all that they do for me and my business.. Thank you Ramona Alderman

I have used US Cellular for many years. Their product & customer service are amazing. They’re all about giving you what you need, not just selling a phone. If you want great service and a good product visit this US cellular store! It’s the one in the Walmart Plaza.

Seems to be under new ownership, and the manger seemed to be very nice and was able to solve all my issues. I would definitely recommend going to this location. I will definitely be going back.

One of the few places I go for service and walk away wanting to hire the associate who always takes care of my issues with competence and compassion. Highly recommend. Today CJ and Ashley exceeded expectations.
