If I could leave half a star I would but that option isn’t available. I have recently switched from US Cellular after having service with them for 5-6 years. Out of that time I have not had good service, I would drop calls in the middle of town. I was charged for two phones that weren’t even in my possession and when I tried to speak with them to fix it, all they told me was that I would have to pay until the phones were paid off so I was paying almost $250 a month for just myself. Later on I needed an IPad and I explained that I would be using it at home and would not need the data plan with it. After purchasing I start seeing on my bill that they put it on a data plan anyways which charged me more. I eventually got my phone paid off and guess what MY BILL WENT UP. Now make that make sense. Now we are to me leaving them, I ended services at the beginning of July and noticed that I was still receiving a bill. I call them and find out that my request wasn’t processed due to a glitch in THEIR SYSTEM. I call back to find out what’s going on and they claimed that got it taken care of. I still to this day am receiving a bill but from the time I tried to end my service to the next month, August, when they actually got it cancelled. I have spoke with representative after representative and no one is willing to help with this issue and just expect me to pay them almost $350 when I should really only owe them for the time I had services and their phone from June to July. You all are the biggest scam I have ever dealt with!!!

UScellular customer service is awful! I was trying to get internet service for a family member that lives in a very rural area. US Cellular is one of the few who actually offers service to the area. I live out of the state where the service is. It's been a pain in the butt. I'm constantly getting contradictory information. I simply want to pay a bill. They don't make it easy and associates don't seem to be on the same page with your info. If we didn't have to have internet, I would drop them in a heartbeat!

Terrible customer service and that’s saying it nice. I spent well OVER 350$ “to raise/clear up my finance limit “ I needed a tablet for my school work and I get that. Long story short , just “taxes and fees , 95 something.” I get it . Then turn around and pay $350+ $To be told sorry someone made a mistake now I need to pay additional $300+ taxes AGAIN , (mind you I payed my 180$ bill Friday). SO I LEAVE TODAY WITHOUT A TABLET , or my 440$+ . AND COULD POSSIBLY BE BILL CREDITS NOT BACK TO MY CARD.My advice switch carriers or go to your local PRO-COM owned in galax hillsville or independence . Corporate is horrendous. And customer service has been closed all day!! AND THE RECEIPT SHOWS THE IMEI (vin# of device just like a car) that paid towards , “as she said” . But it doesnt match my phone the only on the account . So fill in the blanks , someone has my tablet or they just didn’t give it to me!! Sorry for the rant but , they wouldn’t make it right and customer service hasn’t been reachable.

My experience was awful. I got the Motorola penny phone and it wouldn't let me download apps so ofc I took it back and i told them the trouble I was having with it. The first time that I went there they told me the only thing they could do was factory reset it. I reset it 8 times. Still didn't fix the problem. So I went back and told them that I was still having trouble and they said I had to buy another one even though they sold me a messed up phone and I still had to buy another one also Keep in mind I had got there 20mins before 7, the time they close. The lady I was talking to was rushing me. I asked her to switch my screen protector from the previous phone to the one I bought and she told me I could do it myself. What happened to the "customer comes first."

I was a customer for over 20 years. Spent in excess of $100,000. After moving service I got screwed 2 months after leaving. Billing and billing and billing.A bad greedy corporation. Beware!

Went to the US Cellular next to Goodwill yesterday evening after work. The associate that helped us with upgrades and a new plan was very knowledgeable. Her customer service was excellent and even took time to speak to my youngest little daughter. She spoke of her kids who are close in age in a very likable and relatable way. I was very impressed with her customer service skills and knowledge.

My daughter and I had a lot of fun with Alexandra. She was polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and got it all done quickly. My only regret is that we kept her after the store closed.

Went in 15 min before closing and was treated like I was nothing but an inconvenience. They need to hire some people with customer service skills. As soon as I walked in the one employee yells"of you are upgrading you'll have to come back tomorrow. " Talk about wanting to go home. No customer service skills in this store.
