I went to the Verizon store in Galax, VA to upgrade my phone. Matt Farmer helped me with the upgrade and did a fabulous job. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. I called back a couple of weeks later and Matt was also able to help with my bill. I would recommend him to anyone that needs help with their phones.
