“Excellent service! Quickly got us back moving on our vacation.
We were vacationing in Henrico, NC from Michigan via Washington DC and Ocean City, Maryland. Our Buick Enclave was running well, as usual. We checked out of our hotel in Ocean City and drove 10 minutes to get coffee. Upon leaving, the car would not start. We called a tow service to have the battery jumped. Within an hour we were on our way.
Five hours of driving later, we arrived at a vacation rental in Henrico. That evening, the car would not start. Thinking it might be the alternator, I was worried we would have a working vehicle before we had to leave town. In the morning I called Deo based on lots of positive reviews. The woman told me to get it to them ASAP before "things pile up". They are a very busy place. I was there in 15 minutes.
By the end of the day, we had a new battery (not the alternator) and our vehicle back so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation.
In talking to a local who was dropping her car off to Deo, she said he and his team are the best around.”

“I left home Saturday on the way to FL towing a uhaul trailer. My low air indicator went off just as I pulled up to the light in Littleton. Having had great experiences before I decided to stop by Buddy Isles to get air. Auto service was closed but Parts was open. I asked if I could use their air hose and Cliff, one of team said yes and he would meet around the side. Cliff found a screw in my tire, opened the bay doors and repaired the tire for me. It was great experience once again from Buddy Jr., Morgan and Cliff. Thanks for going out of your way to help.”
“I was at lake Gaston for a wedding when my driving belt randomly went out. They were able to squeeze me in and fix it within a day. Absolutely the best service and great people. Very reasonably priced too.”
