She was very professional and also super nice and friendly! We found one we liked and she walked us through the process with ease. She had our paperwork drawn up and had us in and out with our new sectional ordered in no time! I recommend anyone who stops by this store to ask to speak with Brittany!!”
“This is a good variety store. They have a good selection of craft items including fabric, yarn, beads, as well as fine art supplies. I often find better deals on these items here that at the other craft supply stores in my area. Even though the selection is more limited, they often have items I can't find elsewhere.In addition to arts and crafts, they have a great selection of T-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, and active wear. They also have hair care, personal care, baby care, hardware, picnic items, office supplies, greeting cards, candy, and an excellent assortment of spices at amazing prices. They have other odds and ends too, including house decor and candles.I've been shopping here for years and love the variety and prices. Definitely check them out!”
“There's always something at this store I want! So many vendors with different talents to sell, there's almost something for everyone. And the two women running the store are super sweet. Great place to find handcrafted gifts or to treat yourself. On some things, they can even do custom orders.”
“I've recently had a bad motorcycle wreck and will have to have surgery requiring my legs to be elevated. Judith was a wonderful help and had a rocker recliner for me within 5 minutes of entering the store. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Delivery to my door and I'll be in good shape for my recovery!”

“Good options for the project at hand.. edit!I was just in Joanne's 1409 East Stone drive Kingsport Tennessee cashier number was 829-841 and I do realize that they closed at 7:00 My check out time was at 6:55 and I left my little green shopping bag at the front register and she made me walk back to return the shopping bag and I have no problem I even put stuff stuff back on the shelves where they go but her tone was so rude Do not say Hey come back here and put your bag back where it goes ... ! Without a please ...!!”

“Short trip from NE Tennessee.....we heard about this boutique when the owner was on Good Morning Tri Cities. Lots of great gift ideas....nice variety for both woman and men....Kids as well. The owner was very cordial and helpful. We bought a couple of Christmas gifts.....we'll be back again.”
