My experience at this place was when I was 3 and 4 years old. That was back in the late 60's and early 70's. I remember this place very vividly for some odd reason I can very well remember going there with my parents and Mr Mcgee giving me a lollipop. My parents would buy groceries on time. Roy and Wilma Jean Davis. They would sign a ledger and pay when they could. I've often wondered if the place was still there and how long my parents were going there before I was even born. I'm in Houston now and my parents have since passed but this place has been a memory that just stays with me. Glad to know it's still going. Jim Mcgee Grocery. Excellent!

Shopped here since I was 3 years old. They supply us "valley folk" with most our building/repair and farm supplies. Not the most organized but they will find it for you if you need something. I rather spend my money with them then the chain stores.
