The customer service here is awful. Be ready to stand in line forever and hear about other’s personal lives as you wait to send out mail with no regard for other people waiting in line.I waited in line for 45 minutes one day only to get to up to the counter and the woman working asked me to step back because she had not seen her sister as she talked to her about more personal things I stood and waited ,this is beyond rude and ignorant .They are incompetent when it comes to forwarding mail , they almost seem to get pleasure of making you as miserable as they are . They don’t even deserve the one star.

There's a really cute 6'4 or 6'5 male carrier who typically works as a sub in . I really wish he would get a full time position because he is wonderful to me and my children. I have never had a single complaint to issue with him, because he has even gone as far to help me put together a package on my front porch . His name started with a D . I have left multiple in person compliments at his work place hoping to someday meet this man , not as an employee but as a friend.

I get that the mail has to be delivered but could just put stuff on a persons porch instead of stuffing the mail box like a Thanksgiving turkey

The postal clerk took sweet time to help me pick boxes to send off to my college girls. She showed me different boxes then help me put them together. The idea to send stamps was awesome too. Thank you

First off our regular mail lady Is friendly and thorough. The substitute makes mistakes all the time. Leaves outgoing mail in box. This has happened several times but I kept quiet about it until recently. Let's be real folks putting mail in a box and getting mail put isn't a hard job. On another note I have an online business were I sell items. They are always getting lost thus I am the one that ends up paying for their constant screwups. I use tracking numbers as well and they can never tell me what happened to my lost packages. This to me says inside theft. This isn't an occasional incident. It's weekly. I'm disgusted with this post office and the postal service in general. To me a postal worker is way overpaid.

We have a very high turn around on mail carriers and they like to drop mail in the middle of my yard where anyone can get packages not to mention if I have to sign for one he won’t get out of vehicle he just puts a pink slip in the box now I pay to have my mail delivered to my house and on my porch or me or wife someone is always home not to mention 360 multiple camera video view I believe it’s not so much to ask for

Along with one of the other reviews, I wish I could give negative stars. Absolutely horrible service. There are two people in particular that are the worst employees there and need to be fired. One of them was extremely rude just because I needed to ship 3 packages. Also refused to wear a mask during a huge surge of Covid-19. Another one just started saying every curse word in the book with children around! That’s entirely not appropriate.

I have lived in the same house all my life on the west end of gate city. The mail used to come around 1130 or 12 now we are lucky if it gets here by 330 or 4. I want to know why it takes so blasted long to get the mail on Franklin Street. Also why cant we have our mail brought to our house if we have packages that r being delivered. Some of our mail carriers have done that but the ones we have now r to lazy. I understand that there r times when they extra mail but this is ridiculous.

If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible service. Terrible delivery methods. They leave packages tied to the mailbox instead of taking the extra steps to put on porch. They even leave packages in the road or on top of my car. They even had the nerve to open my car to leave a package inside!!!!!!!
