“We are very grateful for the team at this Post Office. They work hard together and truly serve our community with care and dedication. Due to inclement weather, my Certified Mail took 17 days navigating the network across North Carolina. The Penhook Post Office team took ownership of the situation, tracked the mail down, and went above and beyond to resolve it. Rosemary personally drove to the Glade Hill Post Office to retrieve my mail and then contacted me to let me know it had been secured. This level of service was truly exceptional. I would also like to recognize the Management team for their support and involvement throughout the process. You simply don’t find this kind of commitment and personal care everywhere — it’s the kind of service you expect from a small town like Penhook, and it’s deeply appreciated.”
