Everyone here was easy to talk to a very accommodating during our move. We needed to have a pod delivered to the storage unit in order to move and they allowed us to leave the pod on their premises while we packed it from the storage unit, it was very kind of them to allow us to do that.

the lady was so rude. she picked up the phone and hung up on me three times and said i called multiple times before when that was my first time calling.

Very clean inside storage units grounds are clean as well. Very easy to find units.

Staff is very easy to work with, the storage units are clean, convenient to access and have reasonable monthly rates. We're recent renters and pleased with the services.

Sad to say, the customer service we received today was horrible. It is shocking how the lady at the front desk treats a returning customer like trash. Beware, If you are one day late cleaning out your storage facility she charges you for a whole extra month and treats you like a criminal. We love to support local businesses but cannot continue to support a business where customers are taken advantage of, yelled at, and treated so poorly. I hope for your business's sake that you improve your customer service skills dramatically.

The customer service here horrible. We had a problem with our stuff getting mold and mildew on it and I called to let them know and the woman just started yelling at me and calling me a liar. She would not listen to me while I was trying to talk. Never once did I ask for a refund or my money back for the items I had to throw away. I just wanted to let her know. Even though I feel they should have giving me something for my trouble. I would NOT put my stuff in their units again. It had not been in there 3 months and so much mold and mildew. And the lady was just rude very very rude.
