I was traveling alone through Virginia on a very long day of driving (Alabama to Massachusetts). I had a flat tire and was feeling pretty hopeless as it was after 5 pm and most tire shops had already closed. A wonderful gentleman working at this store—along with 2 very kind men at the business behind this one—plugged my tire and helped me find a business that would be open at that hour to help me. I ended up making it to a Walmart with a tire center. I am so grateful for the kindness these 3 men extended to me. If I knew their names I would thank them by name. I am so very appreciative.

This business does not honor a local repair shop discount when someone is sent for parts..even though the repair shop is listed on Adavance Auto ..I was informed that personally owned car quest require each repair shop to have info for repair shop apart from being main listed through Advance Auto...I was charged over the top price..unless they have the only part needed again within a 100 mile radius..this car quest if off my pickup part list...
