Greeted today by 3 gals sitting with sour, stone faces, barely speaking. I, attempting to be friendly and engage in chit chat, was not only met by silence, but it appeared as they were deaf or I had not spoken at all as their facial, eye or mouth muscles remained frozen in an uninterested and unfriendyl scowl. Serious attitude and character problems. They all need a job on an assembly line, NOT interacting with humans-- because they sure do not know how!

I’ve banked with The Bank of Marion for almost 20 years, if not more, I’m very disappointed in The Glade Branch,The young ladies do a great job, but the Bank Manager, rude, I felt talked down to, like stepping into the Stone Age, I wasn’t made to feel comfortable but just the opposite, since he’s taken over that Branch it has been a hassle to even call, I’ve resorted to driving to another branch office solely to avoid him, which is sad I live less than 2 miles from the Bank. As much as I Love my Bank, I wouldn’t recommend The Glade Branch any longer, I hope in the near future this is addressed, no one should feel the way he makes them feel, I’m equal not beneath him!

The employees here are helpful and friendly. I've experienced only kindness and compassion. Even the times when humans and technology don't get along,they corrected the issue with grace! THANK-YOU!

The girls up there Ashley and Lavonne are wonderful ladies! They will help you with anything you need and they are always so nice even seeing them at Walmart and there still the sweetest girls! Thanks yawl for everything from the Kilby’s ❤️
