“I can’t recommend them highly enough. I had an S60 that I bought from somebody in Richmond. LB AUTO did some work to it and they were extremely fair and honest about it. Based on that experience, I decided to get another Volvo. So I got a 2011 S80 with low miles, for a price no one else could even get close to. I bought the car the same day it came on the lot, before they had time to perform their standard inspection. They told me to drive it for a couple of weeks until they could actually do the inspection and let them know if there were any issues, they would take care of it. They absolutely did! Nobody else does that.
Now that I know, I can get a great deal, with honest people, and get service for a much more affordable price than a dealership, I fully intend on buying a second one soon.”

“We were in a jam, traveling through the area. Stopped for gas about 10 minutes away and discovered a very low tire on our travel trailer. Drove over about 40 minutes before closing time, looking for help. The guys stopped their current work and took care of business, findingand replacing a bad valve stem.
