Doesn't deliver mail or packages and mail driver is very rude

The mail carrier is rude, non friendly, speeds in our subdivision and throws gravels from mail box to mail box he speeds out from the mail box so fast. Leaves packages that needs to be picked up and didn’t stop when I was waving him down and 6:47pm on a Monday evening

Consistently loses mail and packages. Misdeliveries happen often. Can't trust them for sending or receiving. They always say it's not their fault, it's Roanoke's, but that can't be true every time.

They are never open. And their receipt system for packages and tracking numbers is so outdated! I specifically will not go here because the tracking number they give you literally looks like a fortune cookie paper and my business record keeping severely suffers because I don't know which tracking number goes to which package. And this is only when they are open. They take really long lunch breaks I guess. So I'll just go to Buena Vista post office even if it's further away. They are polite and organized.
