Stale cigarettes, pump goes SO slow when it’s cheap, FAST when it’s expensive. I’m talking $1 of gas takes OVER a minute to pump when it’s cheap. Cashier comes out to say they’re “out of gas” after I been pumping over 10 minutes, I don’t believe that. Cashiers stare at my id, repeat the info on it, and make me uncomfortable but never scan it. Acting like my id is fake, it’s not.

I will never spend my money at this dirty 7-11 again. The cashier was rude to me when I said that sometimes the cigarettes are stale and I asked are they fresh. He tossed his hands in the air saying the cigarettes are all the same. First of all he probably talk to his wife like that. These people get over here to America and think they can disrespect people, especially females and of course black people. If my money is paying for a product and I respectfully ask a question, what’s the problem. Wawa’s would never treat their customers like this.

I put in my phone number to get the discount and the cashier tried to skip the discount and make me pay full price so I made them go back and apply the discount. I guess it affects their profits and they care about that more than treating customers right

Bad service experience, person at the counter in the evening of thanksgiving playing very loudly 📢 from his cell phone, upon knowing the language was bangladeshi, not as per 7-Eleven standard.

I've had my card info stolen 3 times in the last year, and every time it has happened, was the day after getting gas here. I'm guessing someone has one of those card scanners at the pump. Careful.

Worst store to purchase food or anything off the shelves from. I stopped in on 3/5/24 and their system was down, all the pumps were out of order, and I ended up purchasing some pretzel pieces that had expired 4/22/23 from the shelf and didn't notice the date until I was about to eat them several hours later. Just disappointing all around.

Should’ve read the reviews before I started shopping here. I’ve been coming to this store for over a year, the employees know I’m a familiar face - doesn’t matter. I bought a prepaid PayPal debit card with cash, and wasn’t given a receipt by the cashier. The card now won’t activate, the customer service number doesn’t go anywhere on the card itself, and when I go back to the store the same employee that recognizes me every time acts like he doesn’t know me, they won’t give me a refund, and the phone number they give me to call for support is literally just a disclosure being read out. The sun bleached packaging and expired food on the shelves should’ve been a big enough warning, the poor customer service and deceit by management here is evident. Go to the Wawa a mile in either other direction.
