The worse experience in every aspect. I have been forwarded to everyone in this company at this point and they don't want to take responsibility for their clients action, don't get associated with this insurance company in any way. I have my vehicle damaged and they don't want to pay it's been 2 months NOW. This company won't last, if you work here quit and if you think of working here DONT.IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CAR INSURANCE HERE. DONT. ZERO STARS IN EVERY CATEGORY.

Worst experience ever this company is terrible ! I hope they get investigated , they are very unprofessional and rude . I was hurt at work my company uses them as a workman’s comp insurance company . My case work was very lazy and rude. They talk to you as if your some bum asking for money when it’s there job to compensate you while out on workman’s comp . They where 3 weeks behind on sending me compensation because I pushed out a appointment 2 days later it was November 28 I the last time I received a payment and didn’t get another untill dec 23 . When it’s supposed to be weekly . The supervisor is just as rude as the employees. I would tell anyone to beware these people are the worst (. I wish I could give them 0 stars . )

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of working with. After trying to file a claim against them, they have lied to us, failed to file paperwork, and just refused communications for weeks. We have $4000+ in damages they're supposed to pay for but seem to think that closing their eyes and ignoring us will make us go away. And it's not just a single adjuster, but upper management as well.Don't work with this lying despicable company. They'll make you look bad by association. Like they did to the independent assessors they hired only for them to provide me a paper trail to prove Berkley was lying.
