If you need assistance, this is not the Best Buy to come to. Very few employees, mobile was closed on the last 3 visits. If you know what you want and just need to pick it up, then its a good one to come to for that.

Called the store to ask about ethernet cables, no answer. Called two more times amd someone answered, only to be passed off two more times, ending up w someone at a call center. He looked up inventory and said the store has the cable. I drive 20 mins there and no new item, just an open box one that was returned. At this point I'm an hour into this so I get the cable. Nobody is at the checkout so I wait there 5 mins before being helped. Drive home and open it only to find it is CUT IN HALF. Now I have to drive 40 more mins to return it. I am extremely frustrated now and will never shop at this store again. Horrible experience all the way around.

Visited the place to purchase an accessory. Could not find. But I enjoyed the time at the store. A visit to this place before ordering TV, music system, cell phone etc will be beneficial

Went in to buy a new dishwasher a few weeks ago. It started out a little rough. It took 2 weeks and 5 installation attempts to finally get it done. The third party company that Best Buy was using was not very consistent. Then when the dishwasher was delivered it was discovered by the technician that it was not draining properly so I had to get a replacement sent. The technician told me that it was because the dishwasher itself wasn't working, and then when the new one was finally delivered, the technician that installed it told me that the other one had nothing wrong with it... it was very confusing at first but apparently there was a clog in the hose that they swore was not the problem. It seems that the installation company didn't seem to know much about what was going on. So he fixed the problem and everything works great. It was very frustrating for a while but the managers took care of it pretty well. I don't remember all of the managers names but I do remember Teddy and Josh who took care of it, were very helpful and professional, and got everything squared away. They will continue to have my business.

Scheduled pickup. Parked and entered info. Sat for 30 minutes...had to go to the counter..."not my department for not coming out".
