I have rented from this place for 10 years. I've had several units. I've always found the staff exceptionally helpful, especially Marvin. I would highly recommend this storage area for anyone who does not need a climate controlled unit.

Picked up a u-haul 10’ truck here and everything was smooth and fast. i was able to deliver and pick up in time and everything went accordingly. the Staff here is really nice and kind. i recommend this place if you need a truck. u-haul is the best for moving.

Manager was extremely rude. I rented a climate controlled unit I opened it up and there was mice droppings all over our furniture got into bags of clothes. Itt was everywhere and manager said it was my problem and I have to deal with having everything cleaned and refused to help out at all I would steer clear of this place also I have been with them for 2 yrs and this is how they treat people

I’ve gone to several places looking for an storage unit. Stop in at Brook Road Mini Storage just to get a price range. I spoke with Shenay. She was so helpful and provided me with excellent customer service. She listened to my concerns and made suggestions based of my needs. I bought an unit right then and there. Brook Road is lucky to have her.

I have been a tenant at this storage facility for 5 years and due to employment changes, my first late payments. With office/management assessing auction prep fees, when late payment was a week past due. This not a Storage place with understanding, given the time/place that we are at within our community. I have referred people I know, but only to regret doing it with such actions. This company is happy to get your money, but not understanding to everyday life's problems and willTaxate you given the chance to!! Definitely seek other Storage places.
