Caliber did a great job repairing the front bumper of my car and they did in quicker than expected. I was impressed by the communication they provided and they were always keeping me posted with any new changes.

Caliber Collision maintains good progress while working on my car! The staff has fixed my vehicle 2 times (one for the front bumper and the other for the rear bumper)!

Customer service was non existent! My car was extended 4 times and I wasn’t even made aware of two of the extensions as I arrived on site to pick up the car only to find out…wait for it…it still wasn’t ready!!! While the end result and work was good, a month long ordeal of being strung on was less than desirable! When you want to believe and trust in a company to do the right thing and keep you up to date and informed so you can plan accordingly for a rental and/or with your insurance company (damn…even one of the extensions was told to me by my insurance company and I never received that information from Caliber)! So if you are looking for a “collision” experience with no air bag, choose this place. I will never again!

This team is simply fantastic. We interacted with several team members and it was so comfortable and friendly.
They were able to undertake the panel and replaced the bumper which is a perfect paint match. When the sensors acted up as we were leaving, they resolved it right away. I would recommend going here for any body shop needs.
