There is a system to follow and it is pretty easy. Also you will save money by coming to Costco. I paid less than a third what this other place has quoted me.My four tires failed at State Inspection, they charge over $3,200 for parts and labor. My husband and I came to the Costco Tire Center and thinking that we could drop my car off, it turned out that they do not take any cars over night any more. I paid less than $1,000 for top of the line Michelin tires. I was told that they will call me when the tires are in and I can drop my car off early in the morning. My tires arrived the next day. However, you need to bring your car in EARLY IN THE MORNING. They open at 8 AM, I got there at 8:10 AM and I was the 8th car. They only take 20 cars each day. You can also make an appointment, which will be in two weeks and I didn’t want to wait. By noon my tires were ready. As long as you follow the process, it is simple and will save you lots money.1. Pick out your tires, and pay2. Wait for their call to let you know that your tires are in3. Drop your car off when they are open

Always great deals on tires, but what good is it if you can’t get an appointment for 2 months and the walk in slots fill as soon as they open the door?

Yes, the lines are crazy long, but I usually do self checkout which goes by pretty quickly. I always live the variety of new items available.

Wow. Reviewing Costco is like reviewing a country. Where do you start?Okay, there are three things I guess I should talk about. No, four. Gas, ready-to-eat food, the rest of the store, and online. No, five.... samples. So, gas. Most of the time it is cheaper than surrounding stations. Occasionally there is gas cheaper about 5 miles away on Broad St or even at Wawa on Staples Mill. But not often, and not for long. Clearly they have spotters, or they just copy Sam's club which always has the same price as Costco. The usual difference in gas price offsets maybe 30% of the annual membership price at Costco if you have two cars, once a week.Ready-to-eat. This would include the back line of rotisserie chicken, premade salads and roll ups and such, and front line food court staples like pizzas, slices, hot dogs, and whatever that big baked wrap looking thing is. Prices for the chicken and the hot foods are amazingly good. Quality of the pizza is average, and of the chicken is great. The hot dogs are a very nice snack, and they taste good which scares me a lot.Rest of the store. There are a lot of good deals to be had. I won't call them bargains, as you usually have to buy a lot to get that good deal. And I am always a little irritated about what they have decided to stop carrying in the stores (small nitrile gloves, anyone?) that force me onto the damned website. But if you need 15 cans of tuna or a year's supply of dietary fiber supplements (god help you) this is a great place to get your fix. Just make sure you have available freezer space for the chicky nugs or attic storage for all those paper towels.Samples. What clever bast ards these folks are. Yes, I eat the samples. Yes, I tend to go to Costco in the middle of the day when they have the MOST samples. And yes, though I am an educated (fat) man, I tend to buy at least one or three things they are sampling. Hence the need for the freezer space. Online. They suck. Hard to search, hard to figure out if they have something or not, hard to figure out if it is cheaper or even available in the store. Not customer friendly. And because they have moved so many things to website only that were previously available in the stores, this is especially irritating. This alone costs them a star.So Costco is 4 stars, maybe 3.5 TBH. But so much better than the S-club up the street.Oh, wait. Make that 7 things to rate them on. Great staff, AMPLE STAFFING, fast check out. But crappy parking and traffic control. Customers leaving the store are always in peril. And parking is a nightmare, period.

The checkout line was backed up to the back of the store! Need my employees and check out lanes that are actually open!? This short staffed on a weekend is bad!

Always super packed and the service in any dept is super slow. The one in Midlothian is bigger and better. If you have the time to wait around all day then this is the place to be. Two thumbs down

I finished shopping at Costco at 4:30PM, walked to my car, and saw a large bolt sticking out of my tire. Dat walked me through my different tire options. Dat and his supervisor Jose found a way to fit in installing my new tire at the end of their work day. They provided excellent customer service. Thank you again!

As I entered into the Costco, I wanted to get a slice of pizza. So I walked over to the food kiosk where I was ignored multiple times then by the time somebody came over they told me I had to go wait in a line which didn't exist. The people working the food kiosk we're probably some of the worst people I've come across, extremely rude and disrespectful. I would hope that supervisors or managers would take action to correct this. I WILL NOT be coming back into this Costco ever again. I will take Sam's club into more consideration than this rude environment.

More tires than I would ever have wanted have been purchased here. The team does a great job and is always willing to make the experience great. Show up at 6:30am to get in line if you want it done that day.

They just have the best deals! Got a good quality LG washer and dryer for a great deal with free delivery and installation. No other site or store had a comparable price with most if not all charging a fee for installation. The guys that delivered it were quick and did a excellent service. 10/10 would recommend it!

When we were checking out, I saw the supervisor wave over some guy and he asked for our Costco card and scanned it and said our account has been flagged and went into a spiel about upgrading our card and adding $55 to our tab and I said flagged for WHAT? And he said "because you're spending money at Costco" ... I immediately said no and he held onto our card until the end of the spiel and wouldn't give it back. Total harassment IN THE CHECKOUT LINE. Will be going to a different Costcio from now on... absolute crap. So mad
