Protocols should be set in place to avoid miscommunication. Management staff and crew members should be on one accord. Very embarrassing encounter with management staff (Aujeane and Andi) . Instead of assisting with an issue with my order, they both got really frustrated and started yelling at me and accusing me of being rude. I reported the incident to corporate. Unfortunately this is the closest Costco to me, and I will be forced to see them again. (In the event that they aren't fired for how the handled the situation). Don't work in customer service if you have a nasty attitude and don't want to help. It's simple.

I've always come to this location because its really close to my house but today i was the worst experience ever. One of the employees that was working around 6pm on 2/9/21, threw a box at me where I was standing infront of the cashier where you can pick out the empty boxes. He knew that i was standing there, looking for some boxes but still he threw that box to me without any apology. I know that not everyone i like that but Please train your employees better.

Just returned from Costco only to realize I forgot the Yogurt It was a fruitful trip. While the aisles were packed with snow scared moms and dads the staff handled it with ease. I had to steer my cart watching out for panicked shoppers hoping to get the last of ..... whatever they wanted. The masked staff dipped through the crowd replenishing, removing empty boxes and answering questions as if it was a mild day. The cashier lines, which I feared, were fast and trouble free. No one needed to sneak into tight gaps or apologize for their children that were holding places. Just quick an efficient. Now the parking lot is a whole different circle of hell. Between the low gas prices, the twisted labyrinthine of parking spots and the lack of clear pedestrian traffic flow it was hectic. People were driving their cars as carelessly as their grocery baskets. My trick is to park on the outside near the auto repair. There is a cart return, and no traffic. I can walk alongside the building instead of parting the Red Sea of SUVs. I will return next week to get my fresh, sushi grade fish for our Friday Night Date Dinner.

My family and I went to Costco today 01/09/2021. The place was completely full with people/customers more than normal days before the pandemic. It's dangerous with COVID-19 to have massive amount of people in one store the way it was overpacked today. I love Costco and all I wanted from this comment is to let my message reach to upper management. Hoping that they will take action and more precautions in counting the amount of people that should be in the store at one time. I felt unsafe and wished I hadn't come..

Not happy with Costco policy . With this pandemic and all they should understand that not everyone can't shop for themselves ! My son was out to buy milk etc for our household , and I'm not able to go due to the flu but was rejected , because he is not the user , but my son lives In same household , It's about making money , was suggested to add user on the Membership hubby is also working and cannot shop groceries for us ! This really about making money not caring for consumers . ! I'm a member of three warehouse , BJ's Sams club ( been member ) since 1992 and Costco ! Maybe I might think about letting go of Costco membership Due to lack of compassion !

I'm a member of Costco, Sam'sand BJs. I love Costco. The others are just okay. Costco is a destination and a fun experience, the others are a chore. It's like the difference between Walmart and Target. The snack bar at Costco is interesting, fresh and yummy. The others are the opposite. Don't think BJs even had one. Only complaint is today I got honeycrisp apples at Costco and I started eating before washing. I licked the skin snd csn taste the pesticide on it!!! Bet it's the same in the other clubs also since apples are usually one of the more heavily sprayed foods.

Never a bad experience. With covid, they are following all the precautions and are adhering to the safety measures. Gas is cheap, products are well stocked, and the food is great. Customers can't eat or drink inside as they've take away the seating but you can still order food to-go. Go in the morning to avoid the rush and crowd!

Liked the main chick this afternoon at the cash register at the far side. She was intelligent; Costco is very bi-curious friendly however. Most of the side comments have subsided with the impending hurricne. Costco should implement a new policy involving the carts, allowing more than five items in a cart at a time at checkout. Especially, flipped and scannable. I have an executive membership there and feel like I need to put this in print.

Gas was $1.86/gallon on 7-20-20 so a very good deal. A smaller COSTCO than I normally shop at but they had everything I needed. Exceptionally good produce here today - love the cherries and peaches. Strict adherence to CDC and Virginia state guidelines during the COVID-19 crisis. Tables have been removed in cafe area but you can still order food and drinks to take with you.
