Enjoy the variety. Self-checkout is too small. Cashier LIED and said I had too much to self-check. I ALWAYS self-check with a full basket. Staff are rude. Been 5 times now. Everytime the same. RUDE. Today, cashier was too busy joking with other staff to say anything to me while scanning my goods. WILL NOT RENEW MEMBERSHIP. Will go back to Sams.

Friday, February 23, 2024@ 2:30 PM - crowded as usual. Great variety of fresh fruit. The bakery has all kinds of goodies. Shelves are full. Spring & summer outdoor items are now in stock. Some new items in the fresh made meal sections.

Sent my son in with my Costco card and my credit card to grab to buy some paper towels while I went to use the bathroom. The lady working self checkout angrily demanded him to show her my Costco card and got mad the person on the back of the card (me) wasn’t the same as my son. He offered to call or FaceTime me so I could approve the transaction or to even go run and get me. Instead he was told to hand over the paper towels, and then asked to leave the store. Real shame too since we had driven almost 45 minutes to get here. I will be canceling my membership, and it’s safe to say, if your looking for decent customer service, go somewhere else.

Store not big enough for the volume. Parking takes forever and line at checkout is often most of the way to the back of the store. Big fan of Costco, but they need a store like the Midlothian location with better access and larger footprint.
