Cullop's Import is by far the very best import vehicle (Volkswagen, Audi) service center in the area (Short Pump, Midlothian, Richmond, Tuckahoe, Bon Air). I trust Cullop's Import completely with the service of my vehicle and I would recommend their shop without reservation to anyone with a Volkswagen. The shop is willing to take the time to properly diagnose (road test) vehicle trouble codes in order to avoid unnecessary and expensive repair work when necessary. Estimates provided by Cullop's Import have always been complete (parts and labor) and accurate for all work that has been authorized on my vehicle. Cullop's Import goes the extra mile. Cullop's Import estimates have always outperformed competitor VW service centers. Cullop's Import provides the best price for the vehicle owner every time.

No real mechanics at Cullops. Dropped my import off on Wed morning and NO call, NO follow up or courtesy after 3 full days. Went to get my key, shop door locked at 4:50pm and employees were out back smoking cigarettes LOL. Used to be good service but they lost a customer today. Do better.

Although they didn't sell me anything or do any work on my vehicle, Collin was honest and transparent in diagnosing my vehicle and covering all the problem areas I reported.
Reported transmission issues, sticky throttle, and belt squeal.
Cullop's reported that they looked over vehicle - drain and fill atf fluid for inspection - scanned codes - test drive 3+ miles - lubed accel pedal rod - checked with stephoscope to listen for play in idler and tension pulleys - checked throttle body for debris.
Incredible shop in my opinion and my family will be going to them in the future.
