Unfortunate, but sometimes one apple spoils the barrel. A man dressed in purple long hair with a gold fairy princess crown did just that for me today while picking up an RX. He was loud acted like he was the manager of what appeared to be a short staffed very busy professional team of pharmacists and the counter lady who assisted me. He was plain loud in giving either suggestions to people who worked behind the counter or updates to whatever he was doing...which it appeared he was taking info for flu vaccines etc. After taking info from a lady maybe 50 he asked her. "are you gonna hang out" as she looked up at him in dismay he said again "are you gonna hang out" she still seemed puzzled and he pointed over toward the waiting inj chairs and she affirmed yes. What the heck was that? I consider his behavior totally disrespectful to the professional's behind him who appear to be understaffed and working hard behind the counter, to the lady he assisted and to me picking up a RX after coming from Patient first. Please respect your employees and your customers ...I did not find him entertaining at all...."Are you gonna hang out"...????
You have a 24hr pharmacy , important to all....not a down town club with a show going on behind your drug counter.....while the other employees are working at 150 mph to fill those prescriptions with 100% accuracy..
I question this behavior in an area where mistakes are never to happen.
My first visit to this store.

Its a good place to get quick medication if your in a hurry. I believe there open 24/7 to.

My doctor sent in a vaccine prescription twice with text confirmation it was sent to this location. The first time, I even got a text from CVS confirming they received it. Because I didn’t show up within a few days, the person I talked to in person said it showed as a missed appointment, he could not get the system to reschedule it, and I’d have to get the doctor to resend the prescription… she does and I get a text confirmation from her. I don’t get a text from CVS this time so I call to confirm and leave a voicemail. No one called me back, so after waiting 24 hours, I showed up to check in person. Now they say they have no record of receiving it either time (how did the other person see the missed appointment then?).
They were not helpful or apologetic and put the blame on my doctor’s communication or getting the address wrong. They said she should call it in to confirm they get it, but how can I trust that either if they don’t respond to a voicemail within 24 hours? I’m switching to another pharmacy now.

I really enjoy coming to this pharmacy, specifically because I enjoy the pharmacy tech - Emma. They are so helpful, kind and positive. They've helped us save a ton of money on our rx when one of them was super expensive. They are like a ray of sunshine and I am so excited to pick up my rx so I get to see them. Please let them know how much we appreciate them.

The people that work at this pharmacy are extremely rude. I don't know what it is. They don't want to be there and it shows they hate their jobs. Kinda sad, but it's taken out on the customers. I am definitely not coming back to this pharmacy.

The guy at the pharmacy with multi colored hair, painted nails and earrings was just rude! I got there at 1:10 he said his lunch break is at 1:30. He rushed my answers and told me to come back after lunch. He was very bothered by my questions about my medication. He was very rude, unprofessional and unpleasant to be customer facing.

I’m really glad I’m moving this weekend because this place has really gone down hill. I’ve been coming here for 6+ years and between the swearing from the employees to the talking/ranting about walking out because they have to deal with people and now this encounter where they sent my prescription to an unknown location and tried to blame it on me. I’m done. I’ve worked customer service before so I get things can be frustrating when you’re overworked and understaffed, but the dramatic meltdowns I’ve seen over having to help someone, who asked nicely, is gross and so off putting. They trash talk customers after they leave because of what they wore or bought and it’s very unprofessional. And the pharmacy is very hostile. I was asking where my prescription was and the lady kept interrupting me acting like I’m the one being unreasonable. I’m just confused and politely asked where the location was so I could go there and get it and she still didn’t give it to me. She just did something without asking and said it’d be done in 20 minutes. I’d advise another location 100%. I miss the old employees who were kind and considerate. These new unfamiliar ones are just a lot and not professional.
