The management of this CVS pharmacy is the worst. I realize it’s a busy store, but that said they do not staff for the amount of customers they have. Knowing how busy they are, all 3 pharmacy registers should be staffed, when you are 15 people deep in line! Also, The drive through is horrendous! It can take 30+ minutes to get through and no sense of urgency on behalf of the staff.

I had great customer service. Emma made sure we got our prescription in a timely manner and the front staff was nice too.

Depending on who is working in the pharmacy depends on your quality of service you will receive. Most of the pharmacy technicians are not friendly, never smile, aren't very helpful. The pharmacists are helpful and are friendly, kind and will answer all my questions. Especially the overnight one. I like to go after 11pm because it is just too busy any other time. You'll wait in a line for towards of 30 minutes during peak times. The cashier in the front of the store are usually smiling, ready to help you and are nice, friendly. Store is clean and well stocked.

I wish I had read the reviews before I decided to get a prescription sent here while on vacation. They decided they did not know how to fill it and that it would not be covered by insurance so we decided to have it transferred to another pharmacy. Took 6 hours and two visits to get this accomplished.

I’ve been 3 weeks in a row now for a refill and each time they tell me to comeback because it needs refilled then when I come back it hasn’t been filled.

Emm Lee she is not supporting work there with yelling on the customer when I want to pick up my medication was order from my doctor last 5 days ago and She is very bad mood and wants customers leave them alone , please we just want to pick up prescription only and don’t have time to argue with her i feel like she is did not customers go there .

Do not use this pharmacy, whatever you do. I have been using them for years since they’re close to me and open 24 hours, but nothing is worth the outstandingly poor customer service at this establishment. Without fail, I wait anywhere from 30-90 minutes for a simple prescription pickup. And more often than not, the prescription is wrong and I’m told to wait in ANOTHER line to get it fixed. It simply should not take an hour to help six customers. Additionally, employees frequently treat customers with disdain and disrespect for no reason. It has become apparent that, no matter how patiently I wait, nothing here will change until I (and others) stop patronizing this store and this corporate chain. They need to go out of business or make some serious changes. I will be moving to and supporting a local pharmacy as I should have done long ago, and I urge you to do the same.

Three days I’m waiting for my prescription and when I come and ask about the say 15 minutes, I say this is three days now already say if you wanna wait or you leave the Night Shift too, girl

The pharmacists are always smiling and helpful, especially Nadia! It’s one of the few 24/7 pharmacies - It’s always busy & they’re always doing their very best! Grateful to have them close by!

Called to get a refill on my nerve medicine, which I did not know the name of because I accidentally threw the bottle away and it was my first time on it their CVS app has not been letting me in in weeks so there was no way for me to figure out what the medicine was when I called the pharmacist Nadia answered I explained to her my situation and eventually we figured out what the medication was, but she then proceeded to say that I had an attitude with her and she continued to talk over me when I tried to explain to her that I don’t have an attitude with her and then she told me she’s putting my medication on hold and I won’t be able to get it filled. It’s very unprofessional it’s unacceptable and I’m disgusted it’s bad enough that they always work slow and that causes lines. They always have attitudes but now my medicine being put on hold it’s just not OK anymore. I’m changing my pharmacy to someone else that was my last straw I hope my review helps you decide to go to someone else

I was visiting from out of town on a quick turn around trip. When I got in late Friday night/sat morning, I stopped in and got a few items that I ended up not needing. So the following night I went back to return the items. 1. The associate “helping me” was disgustingly dirty like he had just finished working on cars before clocking in. 2. He was very rude. He tried to put my return back on a cvs card automatically instead of on my credit card and when I asked why he said because the system doesn’t always work. I told him to try first and his response was that I could go to another location. What?! I insisted that he try to refund my card before putting it on the cvs cash card . He proceeded to to return the items overly examining everything, accusing me of trying to return an item not on the receipt, which I had to show him was in fact on there, then proceeds to put the return on a cvs card anyway with the lie that since the return amount is over $50 it can’t be refunded. Since when!? He calls someone over whom I assume was the manager because he needed her card to complete an over $50 transaction. She saw that I was not pleased and offered no assistance, instead she scurried away as quickly as she could. I was exhausted as it was late and I had a red eye flight so I left. The guy didn’t give me my return receipt so I had to request it and he threw it on the counter instead of handing it to me. I will most assuredly be contacting corporate because this whole transaction was absolutely unacceptable.
