Never had a claim. Spotless driving records for me and wife. Paid on time with automatic withdrawal. Basic liability went up to $131 per month for two 05 vehicles. We now pay Sate Farm $45 a month after a real pita cancelation process that I had to do through the national call center after the local agent failed to do what they said they would. Wasted a couple thousand dollars letting my rates creep up over the last few years.

I have been their client for very long. But they never seem to care about old customers. I called them so many times for a new policy and never was able to reach them nor got a call back. I think Allstate is generally pretty good. But they have chosen a poor agent as their local respresentative.

When i need my cars repaired no problem and response in a timely manner. Always let me know how to save on home insurance and car insurance. People need to have a company like you on there side. Thank God For You!!

Had a horrible experience with this company. Would not recommend working with them. You can find a company that won't drive up your rates and will take the time to respond to your calls and concerns.

I've been a customer of David Akers Allstate Insurance Company for almost 8 years & the agency he runs is excellent. I love their caring personalities, compassionate nature & knowledge of different insurance services they can offer.I've met each one of them & I appreciate all the assistance I receive when I'm in need.Wonderful team working their best for their clients; just love them!

I asked David Akers asked if someone could assist me Waited 45 minutes and went to ask again. when I asked him if somebody can assist me, he said “I don’t wanna start a claim because I have to go pick up my kids and I don’t know what kind of problems you have” that was his response. I came in at 4:55 they close at 5:30 so maybe try to close at 5 so you could pick up ur kids. Or maybe say come back tomorrow. FYI I didn’t have a problem I just wanted to add a car but thanks.
