Called and spoke to an actual person, made a reservation, scheduled time to pick up, received multiple emails and a confirmation, showed up right on time…. “no vehicles”. Wasn’t just me either multiple people with reservations turned away.
Disappointed since the reviews are pretty good compared to other companies in the area. Still need a car, maybe I will be able to update this at another time because they try to make it right?
I’m sure it’s not the workers fault but doesn’t change the experience. One star at least because they gave me a ride home.

I rented from this location on Sunday, July 27th. Things seemed busy with people were waiting impatiently and nasty. Apparently the detailer called out and the remaining 3 were trying to soldier thru. I think they did a great job! They were calm and handled everyone professionally. I had great customer service from the Sunday team and didn’t have to wait super long.

While the manager was professional she did not follow through with her promise to finalize our discussion on correcting the rental amount for the many errors on their part. The illegal rental contract, liability issues, documentation errors and ruined vacation days but went ahead and charged my card instead. I do not recommend this location. Their business practices are concerning to say the least.

My experience with your rental was okay, we was not able to get the vehicle we wanted. So we had to settle for a car that did not have the cord hook up that fit our iPhones so not able to use for GPS

We had terrible experience on June 28th with this location. For starters I will blame enterprise for allowing us to book a reservation at 12 pm when all locations in this area closes at 12 pm in this area. My husband and I called the location to let them know we just realized that they were closing at 12 and our gps was saying we would get there at 12:04 (we arrived at 12:02). The lady who we spoke with was very dismissive and wasn’t trying to hear us out and just kept repeating that they close at 12. I asked to speak with someone else and the next lady was very understanding and said that we could still come and just to be sure we had everything ready in order to complete the rental transaction. My husband was greeted by the same rude dismissive lady on the phone and her attitude was just as disgusting in person. My husband told her his name and why he was there (obvious) and she still stated that they closed at 12. Meanwhile her coworker was the one who let my husband in the establishment and there were at least 4-5 other people waiting to be serviced as well, after 12. I stepped outside to make a phone call and she walked another customer outside to service him and when she walked past me she asked the other customer how would he feel if his job closes at 12 and people are still showing up after 12. I’m not saying that statement was meant for me to hear but it definitely felt intentional. I also feel like that was very inappropriate because he was also a customer being serviced after 12 pm. Another issue I had with said employee was that she accused my husband of letting other customers in after closing. My husband indeed opened the door for a mother and child who was trying to get in to be with her husband who was already in the building who was let in by her coworker. She was very argumentative and in other words threatened not to complete our rental transaction because she believed we were letting customers in the building and I told her twice already that we didn’t. She also got into a very loud exchange with another customer and his wife he made a reservation for 12:30 pm. The customer asked to stay inside with the AC to have the discussion but the employee insisted they continue the conversation outside in the heat. I am very thankful for the employee Dashawna and the other gentlemen who understood that had a job to complete and didn’t take it personal. Dashawna was very helpful and understanding and got us squared away so that we could enjoy our family vacation. As for the other lady she can not handles stressful situations and I think she need may to find another career path because customer service is not for her. Nice nasty does not mean professional.

Don’t expect a rental you pay for. Rental reservation was advertised a F150 or similar. I was coerced into a bare bones construction Ram truck. No gps. No Bluetooth. Dried birdshit on the windshield in the drivers field of view. I’m not mad. Just disappointed.

Excellent Customer Service.
Car is in great working condition.
If i were to provide constructive feedback... it would be to do a better job cleaning the cars.
The last few times i've gotten a car from Enterprise, the exterior washing is at best a 3 of 5, and the interior cleaning might be a 4 out of 5.
I actually went through a car wash one time after picking up my car because it was so bad (black car showed ALL the missed spots by the person that washed it)

We were able to schedule our rental at the location we wanted and pickup and return were very quickly processed. No issues at all. Definitely where we will rent from in the future.

I love this location. Every time I come to Richmond, I rent here. The team has made the effort to remember me, and I receive the level of customer service that you’ll only find at Enterprise or a 5 star resort. Dalton communicated with me an hour before opening on Sunday to let me know he needed an hour and a half to find a truck or that I could go rent from the other branch that had one. I waited so that I could rent from this branch, and sure enough he had a brand new, 1,100 mile F150, 4x4 waiting for me earlier than promised. The branch’s intern, Colton, took care of me like a seasoned vet. He walked me around the car to ensure there was no damage, laid out my protection options, and helped me make the best decision for my trip on pre-pay or post-pay fuel.
Corporate, you’ve got a team that takes pride in their operation at this branch!
