I was very impressed with the support in reserving a 10X16 storage unit. I did so online and when I had questions I spoke to Doug (Manager) who was exceedingly helpful. When I arrived at the location to begin use of the unit and obtain keys Doug again was most helpful in showing me the unit as well as how to enter the building and my specific unit. I subsequently needed to lease an additional space. Once again Doug was exceedingly helpful. Highly recommend Doug and this franchise.
