Whoever the dude is that worked on Saturday august 16th just closed the door in my face 45 mins early and said he had to close. I drove 45 mins to get here on time that should not be my problem. I will figure out a way to get this dude fired if i have to call everyday. You cannot close a mailing service early i had a label on the bag i just needed to get it in the door.

Rude and superior attitude from manager. That sums up how I was treated. My only mistake was not going across the street to the UPS Store.

There’s not much to say other than they got the job done correctly. Normally I use UPS but decided to try this FedEx location to ship some documents. It was almost the same price as the post office but with much more certainty that the package would arrive as promised.

Bad, poor, rude, don’t care about their job or the customer, customer service. I’m in customer service I get we all have bad days but Jesus. Walk in, I was the only customer and Malik was the only employee, I had to say hi to him first and when I did all he said back was shipping out? So I went to address issue with package he just said he didn’t know. I said ok well can someone help me? He said yeah she’s in the back and never went to go get her….time passes and he eventually says she must be on the phone, goes and gets her. I was hoping to be greeted with a smile and be helped and she might have been even more rude. I told her I just spoke to fed ex customer service over the phone and because my package was returned to sender as long as I have all the original stuff they could reprint my updated address I’m sending to and send it out again. She said you were told wrong you have to pay. Didn’t apologize, didn’t smile, didn’t empathize. So because of how rude the staff was my first time I will never be back. I will ship with another company moving forward. I don’t mind paying if I have to but damn a smile wouldn’t kill you? Saying hi? Empathizing at all? Whatever I’ll spread the work this location and company is trash. As I walked out I heard him throw my package so that was awesome. Thanks fed ex

Allen was friendly, helpful, and professional. No complaints. I'm traveling, but almost always choose FedEx over UPS because it's always so easy compared to UPS.

Allen made my transaction so seamless! It's a chore I've had to do for my job for the last 2 weeks and I haven't wanted to do it. He made it so quick and easy he was so friendly. Thank you so much Allen. It was a wonderful experience!

Very poor customer service went in to print some docs from my phone. Immediate attitude when I couldn't get my phone right. It may as well been a.damn.robot in the store or a cut out figure.

Very unhelpful staff and had no care for the money I was being billed or my time. Went in to the store today to print lables but had to use the computer to do so. There were 3 spaces and only one computer that was already being used. After waiting I was able to purchase time to use the computer. I am now being billed by the minute was standing at desk waiting to get help again "being billed by the minute" and was ignored. One person was wrapping a box the other helped one guest and than helped another who just walked in, finished with her and walked passed me as if I was not there. Waited again just to tell me she's not allowed to help me on the computer. I tried to send file the best i could and send it. Now she yells down to me to tell me that "I got an email from you but nothing is in it". As if what I was doing was everyone business. No ma'am on ham. I was so frustrated I packed up closed my balanced out, paid and left. The worst customer service ever!
Please be courteous of other people time and money in the future!!! Thanks in advance but I will not be returning going to Willow Lawn area where they are helpful!!!
