Amazing service! Matt and Eric C. were able to help me with all my car problems without any delay. The service started as a simple tire replacement, rotation, and alignment along with AC repairs and they were even able to squeeze me in for a state inspection surprisingly. Throughout the repairs they found underlining damages that wouldn't pass the inspection. Some of the parts they didn't have, but were still able to get the parts delivered to the shop within minutes and have my car completed by 3. I'm so grateful for the both of them as I really needed my car back in time for a funeral the next day. If you need any of your repairs done definitely stop by this Firestone. Firestone give them a raise!

We were on a family road trip when we ran into an unexpected tire issue—right in the middle of our travels. Thankfully, we pulled into Firestone on Brook Rd, and they absolutely saved the day!
Matt and Quan provided outstanding customer service—super friendly, professional, and reassuring. Cole did the repair quickly and efficiently, and we were back on the road in under an hour.
They were truly our heroes! The kids are happy, the car is good to go, and we’re rolling again. Huge thanks to the Firestone team for helping us keep our road trip on track! 🚗👏

While traveling, I had the heart sinking moment of 'oh no what's going on!' with my Hyundai Tucson. My poor car wouldn't accelerate after turning, instead it would kind of idle through the turn until it figured out I was going straight again and then act like it didn't just act weird. Being from out of town, I asked around for a reliable and honest mechanic/shop. Let's just say I was not disappointed! Dwayne listened to my very not technical explanation of what my car was doing and didn't make me feel like an idiot for it. He set my expectations for the adventure I'd found myself on very well. The mechanic that worked on my car, Cole, was very knowledgeable. He answered my questions, even the ones that I felt silly asking because I didn't understand exactly what the sensor he replaced did. He explained everything in a way that I understood and didn't feel like he was talking down to me. After our conversation, I felt very confident my Tucson was in good hands. Words cannot express how grateful I am for the wonderful staff at this location! Their expertise and friendly customer service makes them heroes in my book! I am home safely thanks to the crew at Firestone! Thanks Dwayne and Cole!

I have an older ford. The repairs done were outstanding. Feels like a new car. It was done competitively priced and despite inherent old car problems done quickly. Dwayne’s the manager is top shelf and a man of honor. I highly recommend.

A few months ago, my tire was losing air. I went here, and the person who looked at my car said there was a hole in the side of my tire that could not be repaired. He told me that I needed a whole new tire. I went to Discount Tire in Mechanicsville, and they said that was a lie. They patched the hole in my tire, which was in the tread, at no cost. I then called Firestone in attempt to let them know one of their workers was blatantly lying, and the manager was conveniently not available.

I took my Yaris about a week ago and had Eric work on my vehicle. It was ready in a very timely manner and everyone there was so sweet! Everything was done well and efficiently, always amazing work done there!

LONG STORY RANT:
Yesterday, my family and my 3 dogs were traveling from PA to Myrtle Beach for the holiday. We rented a 7 seater SUV for our travel for more room and convenience from an Enterprise in Camp Hill, PA. From the start, the SUV looked like it was the SUV that they send when there is no other options. With damage around the car, it was what it was. We needed a bigger car and wanted to leave.
We were about 2.5 hours in and the oil light came on. Enterprise roadside assistance wasn't helpful and sent us to the next Enterprise in the area. We got to that location and they gave us two options. 1. Continue driving the car as is or 2. Take it to this Firestone to be looked over. We weren’t given a car to trade out.
We went to Firestone as the car had little oil and the oil was leaking under the car and spraying onto the back window, clouding my rear view window. Enterprise was supposed to call Matt at Firestone to let him know we were coming so we could be “moved up” but that didn’t happen.
The first task was to wait for Enterprise to approval our ticket in their que. We waited 40 minutes to get that approved. After that, incorrect information was sent so we waited again for another approval. After about 35 minutes, I opted to just pay for the oil
Change because I was still 5 hours away, with 3 dogs and a young daughter. Matt let me know of the risk of this option but my time with my family was worth more than that. He gladly understood and supported my decision.
Matt got to my car and started my oil change. He updated me as the process continued. At one point, they discovered that the oil was leaking out and covered the bottom of the car, which was spraying on my back window. Matt didn’t feel comfortable with sending us on our way yet so he called Enterprise himself to confirm that we had no other vehicle options. He made sure that the car was looked over by multiple coworkers to confirm our safety and the drive we still had. They were able to complete the oil change and get the sensor to turn off.
During this whole process, Monte at the front was very talkative and gave us many food recommendations on our trip and around them. He was in good spirits and very friendly with all of us and our dogs. He was making sure we were comfortable and made us a laugh a few times. Monte definitely made our 4 hour wait better for us and our dogs. (The 4 hour wait was to be expected as we randomly walked in and Enterprise didn’t care how long they took).
At the end, Matt came out with a few of his technicians to go over his concerns and also made sure we were comfortable leaving. They all gave us advice and advised that if the light came on again, to immediately stop and find a new car. Matt seemed genuinely concerned for us and making sure we were okay to travel. We left thankful and grateful for Matt’s attention to detail, Monte’s charisma and the other techs to make sure we were safe. It was nice to see Trinity with her smile and good attitude. It was cool to see them including her in the garage and teaching her. They seemed to treat her with kind and respect. It was a good team feel all around.
Unfortunately, their hard work didn’t last long as the oil almost completely emptied again in another 2 hours, but that is an issue yet to be resolved with Enterprise. Matt and his team got us on our way in their attempt to better our trip with safety and security, knowing Enterprise was against his concerns.
Plus, they let my dogs come in and get out of the heat. Monte and Matt gave them some treats and didn’t make us feel bad for having them in one store. Before we left, some of the techs came to see them and love on them. It was such a relief to not feel like we couldn’t relax with our dogs in their store and we were a burden with our bigger family. They treated our dogs just like they did us, with respect and care.
Highly recommend Matt, Monte and their team to anyone looking for honest work

Did not have the tires I ordered in stock. Substituted and priced matched with better tires. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was it took all day for tire and oil change.
